The store offers reasonable prices. Customer experiences with staff vary. Some staff was very helpful, polite, and courteous, with a manager described as super helpful who provided a large discount to resolve issues with a lawnmower that had a flat tire and wrong sales information. Another customer received great service when replacing a gate. A friendly cashier offered loading help, and the loader was obedient. However, other experiences note that employees need to step up and help customers, not play on phones. Sometimes, customers have to wait a bit to get loading help. One visit involved multiple errors: a cashier rang up the wrong, more expensive mulch and the wrong quantity, while loaders shorted a bag, making the whole visit take longer than it should. A caution was noted about checking how far away warranty service is for larger items like lawnmowers.
I was in Danville store and they were sold out of some shrubs. I called your store and a gentleman named NEAL took my call. I asked him if there were anymore shrubs left there and told him my predicament. He was on the opposite side of the store never put me on hold, went out into the area to check on my request. Lowe's does a great job offering reasonable prices. The employees need to step up and help customers not play on phones.
