I don't know what I did to the large dark haired cashier with the bad eye makeup but she is consistently rude as hell to me. My first bad experience with her was months ago and I decided to come back after a period of abstinence. Nothing changed. I don't know if she hates brown people or what but her demeanor changes as soon as it's my turn in line. I refuse to spend another dime here as long as she is employed at this establishment. Everyone else there is great but this "lady" should find a job unrelated to customer service.

I've eaten breakfast here about once a week for several years. When COVID hit, I didn't eat out for several months but I stopped in for biscuits and gravy a few weeks ago and none of the cooks were wearing their masks correctly. Some had the nose hanging out and others had them down on their chin not even covering their mouth, so I turned around and left. Today I thought I'd try again, but once again, the cooks aren't covering their faces. I won't be back.

I been going in to get lottery tickets on a regular basis. Everyone has been very nice and helpful until today. I went in and there was two customer service people that were very busy. I went to check my lottery tickets on my own. I found out I had won some money. I went up to the counter and there was one person behind me and the the other customer clerk was finishing up with the lady she was checking out. The man who was working the counter wanted me to wait to play my lottery tickets. If this place does not want to sell lottery then stop selling. They make money on selling tickets just like everyone else. This guy looked drunk and not clean shaven. I have in the past let many people in line go in front of me when they were busy before. I would hope the management would take some action against this man. My money is just important as others. A customer is a customer. Money is money. But seems like this guy does not care other people's money is not important. This happened around 3 pm today and the date is July 10 Wednesday. Do not go in there if you see this customer service man at the counter. My phone number is 859 568 2801.
