I've been doing my regular grocery shopping here fora while now. The cashiers are very nice UNTIL you catch the sale prices not ringing up right, or because their digital coupons don't work. Then they want to have an attitude. I've dealt with it one too many times, so I will be taking my business elsewhere

They have more of an assortment of brands than I would say Walmart and their deli has Boar's Head product's, need I say anything else.

This Kroger does an excellent job. I wanted to give a special shout out to Holly. She usually brings out my click list order on weekend mornings. She is always polite, cheerful, and quick! She always offers to bring in my empty bags I keep in the trunk that I keep meaning to bring in the store to recycle. Going that extra mile just really inspires me. Even when it’s cold nasty and rainy, she is super positive.

I really enjoy shopping at this Kroger store. I have one complaint. It is the only grocery store I have ever been to where you ask for your meat to be sliced at the deli and then have to go back later to pick it up. This may be convenient for the deli but I find it very inconvenient for the shopper! I'd rather wait in line for my turn than have to walk all the way back over there to pick up my meat!

Got a grocery pickup and they were fast and efficient. It’s never been crowded when I’ve gone - I’m usually the only car in the pickup zone. I like the store as well, but it seems like they have a problem with their ventilation; the meat and seafood area always has an overpowering fish smell.

Having lived in the SE for the past 20 years and gotten used to Publix i am having trouble to accept Kroger back into my life. These stores just seem to be so 'loud' with all there screaming signs and the isles feel crowded and congested with stuff. Don't get me wrong: I love well stocked shelves! But something is clearly not working in general in Kroger stores, I find. Now this particular one has a horrible bakery department. What a dysfunctional mess! And the shelves where fresh bread could be displayed was nearly empty when I was there yesterday (Wednesday) in the middle of the day. Only one person was working and she had to push herself thru high shelved carts of seemingly random stuff to get to the front that I could ask her if she could slice my bread. It was very dark behind the counter and the counter so high that i wasn't even sure if one was allowed to ask for anything here.. That I even ventured out to ask!! It was so horribly messy back there, why would I want my bread to be handled in a place like that! Felt like a twilight zone and I became very uneasy. Luckily the lady wouldn't have been able to slice my bread thin anyway so I was able to leave the crappiest area I have seen anywhere in a very long time.Oh how I miss my Publix, where every isle is inviting, calming and well lit and especially the bakery is a place where it's comforting to check out the wares and where they most certainly will take care of you well and can slice your bread normal or thin.

Always a very clean store. The store took on a relatively recent inside facelift and reset with neither causing any issues with our Krogering. With the best produce section in town, coupled with their size and other on-site amenities just solidifies Millpond as the best Kroger in the area.

I feel a little silly writing a review for a grocery store, but this one is so great! It's always clean and well-stocked, and the employees are so friendly. Prices are competitive, especially when you use the (plentiful!) coupons on their app! Solid selection of items, and everything we've ever fresh gotten from their bakery and deli has been excellent. Produce is also usually pretty fresh and tasty. Glad to have this lovely place close by!

I drive a semi truck and have parked there (out of the way in the corner not bothering anybody)for over 3 years.a new manager has shown up and now it’s an issue.I live on Harrods Pointe Trace less than 1 mile from this store and I spend around $800 a month at this store because it’s so close to my house,I will no longer spend one penny in this store and I am highly encouraging everyone I know to shop elsewhere.I talked to the manager and he said it’s because of the landlord,well the landlord hasn’t had an issue for over 3 years and get a new manager and now all of a sudden there is issues with me parking my semi in the corner of the lot not bothering anybody.i only come home every 3or 4 weeks and only there a few days.Well I hope whoever reads this starts shopping at Walmart and I hope the new manager causes the store to close and he’s living on unemployment.Thanks for reading God bless and have a wonderful day
