The store is beautiful and easy to get around. However customer service is not the greatest. I had forgotten my card and told the girl Ishecould take the soda back that I could only afford 1 because of my mistake. She simply said ok and took the bottles back. Never offered another card, never offered to ship 1 for me, and certainly didn't tell me that I could put in a phone number. The sodas were 3 for $5 or $3 for 1. I paid $3 for 1 because of the poor service .

Quick in and quick out. They had what we needed at this store. We couldn't find it at the one closest to where I live.

Not my favorite Kroger in Lexington area but its super easy to get in and out of so I stop here often.

Bonnie that works the self check out a lot is a true gem! She always hands out candy and stickers to the kids and it makes our day. Also Matt M that works in the liquor store is so helpful! He knows his stuff and is so friendly!!

This Kroger is the best one I've been in in this area. The associates are so friendly and helpful. A terrific produce section, everything is clean and the nice young woman at the self checkout actually had all the scanners clean! Much better than Beaumont Kroger.

Double-checking what the cash register rings up can be a profitable endeavor. These shrimp rang up at $15.98. I questioned the cashier and she put my order on hold while I checked. I took this photo and asked a nearby employee as I checked the app, which also said $15.98. The employee said the sign was correct and sent someone to the cashier to resolve the issue. I got one bag free and the other for the correct price. Paying attention pays off.

Worst customer service in nicholasville! They have several signs up advertising $5 four piece chicken, but they refuse to sell it. Managers don't care. Rude selfishness

I love shopping here due to high selection and affordable prices. There's a ton of kind workers that'll help you find stuff except for when you go to check out. This woman, her name starts with a T, does the self check out and "helps" customers, but she's nothing but a grouchy woman that is way too aggressive whenever I go to check out. 1.) incident 1: I had 2 carts, one which one ab 3 aisles away and I said "hi I'm going to go run and get it real quick" and she lets out a LONG huff and goes "that goes against policy you need to put that other cart near the door" when it legit could take me 5 steps to get the cart 3 aisles away. Plus, nobody was waiting to checkout and they were dead. She goes "fine I guess you can go get it." Lady, this is not inconveniencing you, so stop acting like that. 2.) incident 2: I had 2 separate orders I needed to make, and I checked out the first one. I still had a ton of stuff in my cart and asked if she could void out my stuff that were sitting in the weight bags. She was like "that is not a thing" and I said kindly without arguing "oh hmm weird the other locations will let an attendant void this" and she looks at me and practically barks "well that's not a thing we don't do that here so I'll get you another cart" after I told her I didn't want one. I have caught her whenever I do check out giving me glares and talking with other workers and clearly I know it's about me cause she's staring at me the whole time while doing it Long story short, I try to avoid her at all case possible, for I'm not sure what I did to get under her skin. She's so unbelievably rude for no reason. Yes ik I can have a cashier check me out but they often do not bag properly.

Bought groceries online for pickup up picked them up the next day they cancelled the transaction after pick up I only had enough to cover weekly groceries.I used digital coupons on the website 3 days later the retake the money from my bank account.I was charged for my groceries they didn't apply the digital coupons onto my account.Now I'm over drafted 13 $ and I've a 30$ overdraft charge I will never shop a kroger again I've been a loyal customer to Kroger's for 7 years !Horrible experience with this Kroger calling corporate and reporting them.

Kroger in dishonest. The activation slip they give you when you purchase gift cards MEANS NOTHING. I bought $3000 cash worth of gift cards for a local garden center. Three of the 6 $500 cards didn't work because they were missing pins. The garden center could do nothing about it so they directed me back to Kroger where I purchased the cards. Kroger refused to give the money back. They give me a email to try to get my money back and I was instructed to work with the card services people to get me money. I have sent pictures of everything as they instructed. It has been days and I have heard nothing back. Don't buy cards from Kroger because if they don't work you are just out. It is incredible cumbersome process to get your money. This is not fair. I did nothing wrong. I paid cash at the service desk and they know it. There policy is NO refunds. Be aware, don't make the mistake of buying cards from Kroger!!!

This Kroger is currently rearranging their product locations. You can get a copy of the list of item locations near customer service in a small kiosk. The staff here is very friendly and can help you, if needed.
