Prices are high and rewards are not enticing enough. I don't think it's worth it unless you are needing some specific dress clothes that can't be found elsewhere. I used to go more often.

Had a return on Saturday, the lady working the returns was super nice and very helpful. I really like shopping at Kohl's. My only complaint is their shopping carts are not user friendly!!
