“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jiffy Lube in Nicholasville, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. I had problems with the front end of my truck, the moment I walked in, David the manager warmly greeted me. I originally went to get a front alignment he called me later and showed me some problems with the outer and inner tie. He nicely and with no pressure told me about the part so I brought it to him, and he said " I will throw in the alignment" for you. David and the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the necessary repairs. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. The team at JiffyLube kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repairs in detail and providing fair pricing options. Not only did they complete the repairs promptly, but they also went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection and offering preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. I’ll say this, if there was 100 stars this location would get the full 100. Honestly, second to none. I was going through this town to go visit an old friend at a cemetery down the road that I served with. I simply went in there to get a quick oil change (and it was speedy) and the manager (David Harris) pointed out my front tires were in bad shape and I didn’t even realize this. He ended up getting me a great deal on a set of tires to ensure I finished out my time in Kentucky and arrived home safely with my family. He and the men there were extremely wonderful to work with and zero pressure was given by an of them. If I lived in town, this would be the only place I go for servicing and I don’t say that lightly. If you guys there at this location are reading this, thank you so much for everything. I really appreciate you and making me feel like family as I was passing through.
