I have been with Jennifer’s amazing office & staff for almost 2 years& they make my life smooth. I transitioned apartments with my renter’s & car insurance with ease. I am currently working with James on setting up a life insurance plan & although I have had to change our meeting date he is always accommodating, but sends emails in information, so I can review in preparation for our upcoming phone experience. I highly recommend this office and staff to anyone for their insurance needs. I love them & there’s nothing they can do about it.

Jennifer and Amanda are so patient and informative in explaining policies and benefits! I’ve been in the office twice, and both times they were willing to play with quotes and show me the differences that different discounts and care plans made. I tried some quotes for auto insurance from other companies, and the prices were always higher; I think and I’ve been told by others more experienced that I got a great deal from Statefarm. As a young person, I appreciate the in-person experience right outside my neighborhood to understand the benefits and get help when I need it. (Cheesy, but there’s a reason for their mantra “like a good neighbor, Statefarm is there”—it makes sense there’s so many offices.) I’d recommend Statefarm to any young person because of that and the price with the available discounts. I’m grateful for my friend who recommended it to me.

Stephanie Frederick, from Jennifer Wright’s State Farm Office, offered excellent customer service. Not only did I save several hundreds of dollars a year, but changing plans was super easy, and she walked me through the entire process. Stephanie has been readily available for questions, and highly communicative. I highly recommend this office, and wish I would have switched sooner.
