January 4th , 2024 I had an appointment to get serviced for eyebrow threading & to get my eyebrows tinted . While I’ve had my eyebrows threaded before I’ve never had them tinted . Mona asked if I’ve ever had them tinted before & I told her no . She proceed to not only do the tint application on one eyebrow but both eyebrows at the same time . She didn’t bother to do a patch test to see if I was allergic to this service or anything since I told her I’ve never had this service done . And my end result ended up being severely allergic . I had go to the emergency room due to my eyes swelling almost all the way shut , severe redness around my eyebrows , swelling all the way under my eyes , blisters covering my eyebrows , & now my eyebrow hairs are starting to fall out . This has been a very horrible experience for me . I will be in contact with my lawyer , & I will not be returning as a customer due to this negligence , that by far could’ve been prevented .

Very professional shop with a lovely owner that does an amazing job at eyebrow threading. I'm so glad I found her! She's always friendly and efficient. She doesn't waste time between customers and I appreciate how clean and neat the area is. Her prices are excellent and in line with what I was paying at a salon for the pain of waxing. Threading is so much better, I find it painless. She has managed to fix my shape that was a little weird from years of waxing and I feel confident about my brows again! There is a relaxed vibe with a sofa and chairs to chill on if you're early for your appointment and I was more than a little surprised at the diverse clientele! I've seen both males and females here, everyone from well dressed professionals to farm workers. I've met the friendliest people in the area here, and yesterday I was blessed when a very lovely lady shared her (over 100 year old) Thanksgiving dressing recipe with me. That's something people rarely do.

I have used this service for almost two years. Now, the owner is forcing a policy of putting a card on file in case I don't show up or I am late. I have always kept my appointments and have been on time. This is no way to treat loyal customers. Also, she needs to be more friendly. I won't be going back.
