I had a good experience with them. Had an oil change. I had a coupon, so it was very affordable. I don't know what regular price is. When I got the bill, there were several suggested repairs for my 2007 toyota, but I would check with my mechanic son-in-law before making any expensive repairs. The waiting room was comfortable & the wait was not overly long. I will be back.

I continue to trust HRS with my Chevy Silverado. Senior citizens as myself especially should feel comfortable with people they trust with their vehicles. I had my brakes repaired and oil change as I travel interstate and city roads where not advisable for anyone to have the misfortune of a breakdown. The Techs at the shop have my complete trust and that’s worth so much peace of mind.

Service was good and person on front desk was very friendly. Love new wipers for windshield! Did not have to wait long to get oil change. Will come back.

Went in for an oil change and to see why my steering wheel was vibrating. Was told I needed a new set of rotors and break pads. I said fine but was a little suspicious of needing rotors because my car is only a year old with 30,000 miles. When I asked to have the rotos after they were replaced the shop was very strange about it and said they probably threw them away. I pushed until they agreed to give me the rotors so that I could show them to a friend who works on cars. After looking at them, he told me that the old rotors were fine they just needed to be resurfaced and not replaced. To top things off, ever since this shop replaced my rotors, my car has been constantly making little squeaking noises. If I had to guess, something probably isn't seated properly on the brake pads or rotors and it's causing it to drag... leading to premature wear. Overall I'm disappointed in this shop and was conned into spending $400 here. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

There was a little bit of a delay getting my vehicle in, but Josh and the crew at HRS took very good care of my vehicle and fixed all the issues as quickly as possible. They even went the extra mile and made sure my vehicle was left in as clean as if not better than when I dropped it off. Thanks for all you folks do.
Remember to support local businesses such as HRS. They will always take care of you.

These people are scam artists. Please take your vehicle anywhere but here. They said it would cost over 900 just to replace the latch in my dodgers back hatch. They said the part was going to be almost 600. I called dodge and they said the part is 230. They even refused to tie the door back down even though they said they would. You can lie all you want. I have your bogus estimate. Your people are very rude so we were rude back

Personable, professional and really know their stuff! No pressure to buy or do things immediately. Honest about price and how long the part has until it definitely needs to be replaced. Been using HRS since 2016.

I highly recommend this place for your car repairs. Nice staff and office is comfy and clean if you need to wait there. I do my oil changes here for a good price. I also bought my new set of tires with them. They accommodated my request to pick my car up and brought it back right on time that I asked them to bring it back! Very satisfied with their service. Keep up the good work!
