“I always have a good experience at the Nicholasville Lowes. Someone always is able to help me when I need help. I stopped in close to their closing time (happened to be driving by) to pick up a special order kitchen cabinet. Three people bent over backwards to help me: Jayla, Neisha, and Michelle. This was beyond good customer service. This is the kind of response I expect from this Lowes, but the level of service on this particular evening was over the top. I promise to come in earlier from now on. FYI - The cabinet fit perfectly.”
“If you know what you want then use their curbside pickup. It's well organized and very fast. I've had back surgeries and find it difficult to walk through stores and standing in line is even worse. Every order I have done was ready in minutes. Fast friendly and accurate. You just can't ask for a better system.”
