I was looking for a specific tile for a backsplash and I had no idea where to look because there were so many samples to choose from it seemed like I was looking for a needle in a haystack. “The team at Kendra Scott Fritz Farm goes above and beyond. They aren't just good at what they do, they are incredible human beings. Yesterday, I went to the store with my 13-year-old cousin, who unfortunately lost her dad just a few days prior. We wanted to pick out something special to remember him. We explained what we were looking for, without the back story, to Lindsay (an Assistant Manager). She helped us pick out several options, listening to my cousin's reactions to each option and helping her land on two beautiful necklaces. During the shopping process, my cousin shared the backstory of why she needed the necklaces urgently. What Lindsey did next was nothing short of angelic. Lindsey quietly started pulling together a few gifts for my cousin. She picked out a necklace, earrings, and bracelet with her father's birthstone. She wrapped them up and handed them to my cousin as we were checking out. She did not do it for show or recognition, she just knew it was something she could do to help a hurting little girl. On top of everything, as we were leaving, Lindsey gave her a hug and shared some words that both my cousin and I will never forget. Lindsey's kindness touched my whole family and we appreciate her greatly. Thank you, Lindsey.”
