My husband and I moved into the Greyson a week ago. We’re so thrilled with our apartment floor plan, neighbors, amenities and the dog park. Our dog hasn’t had the opportunity to run in such a spacious park for a couple of years. We are delighted with our choice to move here! Thanks to Noah, Hannah and Allison for the warm welcome!

My Father is retired and moved to the Greyson 2 weeks ago. He couldn’t be happier. The amenities are excellent and the property is well managed. He had a couple of maintenance issues and Joe came in a timely matter and fixed everything

The only downside is this place is so lovely, so well maintained, with such a kind staff and great amenities that I don't want to move and my husband says it’s insane to rent this long and not buy. Truly… exceeds all my expectations!

Had a great maintenance experience with Joe! Not only did he respond to my AC being broken in 20 mins, after telling me he was across town, he told me exactly what was wrong and informed me more about my thermostat! Always had great maintenance experiences here, but I loved how quick he was. Thanks Joe!

Couldn’t say better things about Greyson! I’ve lived here for 3 years and just signed for my 4th. Their office staff are so helpful and always so nice. Maintenance staff are amazing and always fix anything so quick! My AC went out on one of the hottest summer days. Zach and Joe called me immediately and I had A/C back within the hour! A great place to live.

I’ve never felt more at home while living at Greyson on 27. I fell in love the second I walked into their model unit during a private tour, and noticed how Allison kept referring to Greyson as my home - even though I hadn’t even applied yet. It was well worth the wait while being on a waitlist for several months and I couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home! Let’s just say everyone wants to live here, but no one wants to leave!
It truly shows how much time and dedication Allison, the property manager, puts into Greyson. From meticulous apartments to custom move-in gift baskets to resident discounts at local businesses, she really cares about every little detail and the time she takes to plan resident events does not go unnoticed - they are always so creative and something I really look forward to each month!
Along with Hannah and Noah at the office, maintenance is so quick to assist with anything needed. Everyone is always so cordial and go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need.
And if you haven’t noticed, Greyson is extremely pet friendly! I love how both the office and maintenance staff take time out of their day to say hello and play with my dog whenever they see us! It’s even gotten to the point where my dog recognizes their golf cart and has to greet her friends whenever we are on a walk!
Greyson will always feel like home, no matter where I’m at. Thank you for making this place so special and going out of your way to make me feel so welcome here! ❤️

We just moved in about 3-weeks ago and the management team has been extremely helpful. The maintenance team (Joe, Josh and Zach) have been great at handling every issue. They get issues resolved quickly and correctly. 1st class all the way.

We just started our application. We fell in love with the place. I'm looking forward to move in the next couple of months. Just by the first impression, Greyson on 27. It's honestly my number one option.
