Went to this location yesterday afternoon, had the worse customer service experience of my life! The lady was shouting at my son too repeat our phone number 8-10 times, before, saying you need too breathe, relax and slow down! At this point I watched her getting more and more irritated so I stood up and said it’s okay, we will leave. And she started yelling at me, she said, I’m just trying too get the correct number LADY! I replied with, it’s not the serious, you shouldn’t be this overwhelmed with numbers. So we started out the door and she screamed have a great day! That was just a short version, point is she was very rude, impatient and hostile. If my son wasn’t there I would’ve handled it much better! She should’nt be allowed too speak too any customer or CHILD like that! We left and went too the location by Kroger’s and we’re immediately treated so much better! The 2 older ladies were so companionate and understanding! They made our mommy son date so much better!

Been here a few times but when their policy doesn’t allow an 8 year old to use their bathroom well I guess the people enforcing it should be a little more principled. Although I think it’s fair to have low expectations considering the type of staff I’ve seen there so far. That being said the last time I was there the “lady”, for story sake we will use the word “lady” as a euphemism, had a serious attitude bc I didn’t know what guard they used to cut my hair last time. In front of my son. If the quality of the people here is no better than what they’ve shown just me…..what kind of quality can you expect for your money? Go elsewhere and don’t waste your time or money here.

Haircut was worse ever had. Tom, the would-be barber was inexperienced, untrained, could not communicate totally ruined my hair. Thankfully one of the female stylists took over and tried to smooth it out People asked what happened to my hair? Hope Tom is not ever going to be at this location again because I will not go near him again.Service: Haircut

Refused to give me a haircut bc I wouldn't provide them with my home address. You all cut hair. Nothing to do with where I live. Shady business practices. Don't count on this company to not sell your private information.
