Pros:- Had a coupon for $9, so that was great!- The online check in worked well and was very convenient. My wait once I got there was only 5 minutes.- The haircut seems fine- Employee was pretty friendlyCons:- Not offering shampooing because they "stopped during COVID and just never started again"? I had planned on getting my hair washed, now I have to figure out when to wash it before an event tonight.- The employee made a joke about a lady who came in and left because they couldn't honor her coupon: "what, she couldn't afford an extra $5?" Low class.- The employee didn't clean her station from the previous customer. There was hair all over the floor and clipper guards with hair on the counter.- Employee didn't use any products on my hair, just water mist. I have super thick, wavy hair and products are helpful for me to not have a frizzy mess afterwards.- Employee worked frantically, as if she was trying to get me out ASAP- Didn't ask me if I liked it at the end. She just took the cape off before I had even put my glasses back on so I didn't even get to glance at it until I was standing up.- Toward the end she was thinning my hair when it was dry. Is that normal? It felt like she was really tugging.I wish great clips was more consistent, because I've had very professional service before, but other times not so much. I guess you get what you pay for too. Like I said, I'm grateful for the cheap haircut.

Before I checked in, I asked the lady at the front desk if they could wash and style my hair. She replied yes. I had just gotten out of a massage and before dinner, I wanted my hair washed. I love out of town. I proceeded to wait 40 minutes before being told they couldn’t do it me removed my name off the check in list. They didn’t even apologize. Very poor customer service. I won’t return and will tell everyone I know not to visit this location. Do better!

Check in online first because they are busy. Great value. I had a wonderful shampoo and a lovely haircut. My stylist listened to my request and followed it better than anyone else has ever done before. I will definitely be coming back here. Ask for Kandi.

Took my son in for a haircut cut . He’s been working on his mullet for almost a year. It was awful. It had like a under cut on one side that went 4 inches up on the back left side of his head . Do not go here I’m at Redding rd location now getting it redone . Their cutting the back regular and he’s upset that he’s losing his mullet. So mad….Service: Kids' cuts

I’m pretty sure every stylist here hates their job. We were barely welcomed, and it was the most uncomfortable experience ever.I didn’t wash my hair because every time I get a hair cut, that’s a part of the service. No wash at all. Brushed out my hair with a comb and it was incredibly painful.Never again.
