Check the prices with the clerks before you check out because it’s been a while since I’ve shopped here and it seemed as if clerks/managers were making up prices at their discretion. If a shoe does not have a price on it make sure you inquire about the price - I was under the impression that a kid shoot that was not marked. Was just a regular kid shoe price but today that was different.. Pretty sure I was over charged!

This store is declining. Unfortunately the store needs to be cleaned. The employees are busy running around talking to each other horse playing on phones and not working. The shelves are a mess and clothes are strewn along the floor. The people in charge really need to examine the stores. The public donates the items and unfortunately the items are overpriced and a mess on the shelves. You can buy many items brand new at the same price.

I found some shoes and books. The price of everything is higher than other stores ? and not justifiable. I consider the clothes out of date. It was not worth my time.

Of all the goodwills in the area this one is super expensive for some reason.
Clothing and whatnot sticks to the general pricing you'll find at a goodwill. But furniture? They price that insanely high for some reason.

Over priced donated items. It’s sad when the company picks over the donations to sell other places instead of putting all in the store for customers to purchase. I used to love shopping here but will not be back. Also give the employees a pay raise. They do the hard work and deserve better. Donate to other charities like churches or homeless shelters instead.

I love shopping at this goodwill. My only complaint is they lock the dressing rooms and you have to search for someone to unlock them and they have a 5 item limit.

Well, for Starters my friend and I were looking through stuffed animals. And as we were doing so, this employee, it was taken stuffed animals out of the bin Add into a cart when we asked him what he said. Make a room for other stuffed animals, he Even with as far as taking a stuffed animal right out of my friend's hand.And he said, oh, are you looking at these? And she responded with a look on her face like Yes, I am he finally walked off. Several minutes later we were looking At various items on the Shelves When out of the blue, we heard all kinds of racket. The same employee was removing things out of a cart to put on the shelves, Which were way overloaded with stuff that was just thrown on the shelves. He had no respect for all the people around him, Nor did he have the respect for the items he was Handling. he was Putting glassware Out and he was grabbing them and throwing them on the shelves, Expecting people to buy this stuff that he is cracking or chipping. Not to mention the noise he was Making was ridiculous You could not hear yourself think. When we did go to the cashier to buy What we had we mentioned, As she can clearly hear what we hear. Why is He doing that she laughed and said, I don't know what you mean. We would have stayed longer to look through the clothes. But couldn't stand the noise any longer. Going to our vehicle, we hear a few other customers tailing others that were going into the store. Be careful, it's dangerous in there. And I'm sure they were talking about The employee who was just throwing glass Ware on the shelves. Goodwill is my favorite Store and I hate I had this experience with it. I do not understand why anyone would act like that.

I absolutely love this place. Since it is mostly donated goods you may not always find exactly what you are looking for but you are bound to find something you want or need at an affordable price. And in Lexington KY there are so many Goodwill locations that if you really need something one of them will have it. So if it is a necessary item you can always call around to see which location you need to go to. Save yourself some time and gas money. Some of the locations are bigger than others so they will have a better selection most likely. And the hours are all basically the same from 9 am to 9 pm (except the New Circle location they are 9 am to 8 pm). But they have just about everything from decorations to school supplies. Clothes for the whole family at bargain prices. If you need help ask an employee they're all super friendly and helpful they will direct you to what you are looking for. They also have an Opportunity Center which is a whole new experience I suggest anyone who needs help finding a job or getting a better job go there they're like wise a great bunch of people ready to help you out with struggles or barriers in your path. Over all Goodwill is a great company for buying new and donating your old things and now helping the community Even further with the opportunity center.
