These guys are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and take great care of my hard top 328. I just wish they had the BMW dealership license so I never had to visit the train wreck BMW dealer on new circle for anything.

The services were reasonably priced and the technicians/staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. I had a great experience here. My car was in and out within a day. I can’t thank the Gearheads team enough for their great work and getting my car back on the road in better shape ! Good, honest mechanics.

My AC quit working and I decided to call them after reading reviews for local shops. Took my car in this morning and had it back with the AC working perfectly this afternoon. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When they called to let me know my compressor was the problem I was given the exact cost with parts, labor, etc so there were no surprises and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend Gearheads based on this first experience with them, and I will absolutely be returning for any repairs needed in the future.

Had my car taken here for a secondary opinion. Did not actually do an evaluation of the car. Regurgitated what valvoline told them to say. Wouldn't trust them with anything after this experience.

My gratitude towards Gearheads is unparalleled. I drive an old car that is ready to give out on me and frequently have unexpected car troubles. Since the first time I sought help from Gearheads, they've always gotten me in and out promptly with consideration to my immediate transportation needs (need my car for work, pick my child up from daycare, etc.). They've truly gone above and beyond to ensure that my car is safe and drivable and that I'm not without transportation. Their pricing is also fair and when compared to other mechanics and auto services, Gearheads consistently comes out as more reasonably priced and affordable. Their customer service is as commendable as their work. I truly appreciate any interactions I have with their team, from the management to the technicians. They know me by name, always make me feel welcome and taken care of, and answer any and all questions I may have with honesty. If they're not sure about something, they don't lie to make a sale.
