Best salesman we have ever had. Connor Free went above and beyond. He asked the right questions to ascertain what we wanted. He picked up the vehicle off another lot and brought it to his dealership. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and not pushy. Will recommend him and this dealership to everyone. Smooth transaction from start to finish.

I had a wonderful stress free experience, which does not happen much when buying a vehicle. Josh was so helpful and worked with me to find me the perfect car in the color I wanted and get me into an affordable payment, even with trading in my old car that needed paid off. It was a challenge with negative equity but he made it happen for me. Josh had everything ready to go for me to make things go as quick as possible, which is also rare at a car lot. I appreciate it and love my new SUV. Thanks Josh!

We bought a 2024 Outlander and absolutely love it. Josh Fite helped us during our visit. Josh Fite at the Nicholasville Ky location is the best!! I gave him the list of the cars I wanted and within five days he found what I wanted and needed. He is an excellent sales person, and will take care of you in an honest way. I highly recommend him.

I have been taking my vehicles to Don Franklin Mitsubishi in Nicholasville for service for many years now and always have a good experience. I don't have my car serviced by anyone else. They are always efficient, friendly, and take great care of my car at a reasonable price. They truly go the extra mile to treat their customers well and I really appreciate the service department for their professionalism.

I have had 2 transactions with Don Franklin Mitsubishi. The first, Noah, Tanner, and Lawrence all helped me pick out my first truck, they were all fantastic at their jobs, conversational, fun, made me feel welcome.
The second time, Dan spent about 7 hours with me while I was struggling to make a decision with which cars I wanted. He was kind, he was patient, he was reassuring, he was attentive and he was aware of my needs while I was in an emotionally heightened state for much of the day due to life stressers. He took the time to get to know me and my story, and not only offered council and advice but encouraged me and taught me and reminded me of things I needed to remember within myself. I'm not only grateful for my time with him, but I am also grateful he would not rest until I found literally the perfect SUV for me and my prince range. It has every single thing I want in a car in one affordable package. I not only feel like I struck gold with this car, but I'm genuinely happy with my purchase and experience.

If you would like a dealership you can trust I would highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle through Don Franklin Mitsubishi. I am currently in the process of contacting BBB due to the issue I am now having a year later with what was advertised as a 2020 dodge Durango GT PLUS when I had purchased from their dealership and this was what was advertised on the listing as well. I drive 3 hours from Indiana to purchase said vehicle and was informed this was a gt plus. A year later my husband and I had the vin pulled to look into purchasing a new truck for him and we were Informed this is not a gt plus but a gt. We had paid the price of a gt plus when we had purchased from this dealership. I called Lawrence the finance manager who I had dealt with when I purchased the vehicle and he assured me they would “make sure they get this figured out”. This was on Saturday and he stated we would have to wait until Monday to hear anything back. Monday rolls around and I receive a call from them stating that there is nothing they can do about it. I had let them know I would be contacting BBB due to this being false advertisement and that we were now extremely negative on our loan with this vehicle due to their negligence and again they told me there is nothing they can do about this even though I had pictures of the listing to prove this. So I would highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle through this dealership as they are not trustworthy. I had thought I had a good experience purchasing a vehicle through them and making a six hour round trip from Indiana to purchase said vehicle and I was very wrong. So now I am left with an extremely negative loan on a vehicle that was listed as a gt plus but is just a gt. All they offered was for us to “drive down to Kentucky to purchase another vehicle and give us “top dollar” for our gt not gt plus!” Absolutely ridiculous, shame on you Don Franklin Mitsubishi. I would highly recommend not purchasing a vehicle through this dealership after the experience I have had with them. If I could give a 0 star rating I would!

They are always fast and friendly no waiting and gets things done. I want to thank Joshua Fite for guiding me in the right direction with an awesome Suv absolutely in love with it ❤️ he went above and beyond!! Would highly recommend.
