“The store is clean and well laid out. It was easy to find the sections we needed and sizes.
I also liked the room between the aisles. Some other Marshalls are so squeezed together that there is no point in having a cart.
It wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon.
My only complaint is that most of the staff I dealt with were a bit rude and cold. I won't say unprofessional, but I definitely didn't feel comfortable being there when dealing with them. There was a kind cashier, though, so it's not everyone.”
“Had a return on Saturday, the lady working the returns was super nice and very helpful. I really like shopping at Kohl's. My only complaint is their shopping carts are not user friendly!!”
