We live within a five minute drive of this Circle K and constantly go in there, but today was the final straw because I’m tired of putting up with the rudest employees ever! They’re condescending and could care less about the customers! They claim they can’t fix prices that ring up incorrect even when there’s signs clearly marked all over the entire store with what the cost is supposed to be so I was told that I could either pay the more expensive incorrect price or leave plus she had the audacity to tell me I was being rude I guess because I refused to be bullied by a cashier so today I left and I swear I will never step foot back into the store ever again! On a side note, they’re also supposed to be open 24 hours a day and I can’t tell you how many times we’ve stopped in super late to find the door locked and nobody to be found! Do yourself a favor and drive five minutes either way to a different convenience store because this place doesn’t deserve your business!

Go there regularly and most of the employees are normal and do their job and provide customer service. However there is one lady in particular that has snapped at me over not pushing the right button on the card reader and has been repeatedly rude and has has an attitude. She is blonde and does not have good hygiene. If she is going to treat customers in the manner she does she shouldn't have a job she Is so rude and If I was the owner I'd fire her immediately over the way she does not perform her job well and how rude she I'd for no reason. I have never been in a gas station and been treated the way she treats customers. Do better!!!

PLEASE CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS! They are absolutely disgusting! ? my family had been traveling all day and we came in and were disgusted! ? invest in some Clorox wipes and a mop!!!

I stopped by there on Wednesday November 29th at 6:30 p.m. and they were closed. There were people working in there, and had a sign on the door saying they were closed for 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting for at least 20 minutes I knocked on the door and had someone come tell me they were closed.

Listed prices on the shelves are not accurate, you are charged higher at the counter.Was told to buy it or put it back, and that I wasn’t getting a discount. One price tab was accidentally slid over(and no price was listed for the item I got apparently) and another was just the wrong price on the shelf. Unfortunately one of the few places open when I am coming by.

This place has great people working during the day. But whoever works night shift needs to be fired. It's supposed to be open 24 hours a day but it's always locked at some point during the middle of thw night for several hours. Sometimes there is a written note on the door saying closed other times there's not. All the lights are on and everything is turned on and running. But there's no one stocking anything inside or at the register. I swear they have to be in the back sleeping. Make sure you get gas in lex or nicholasville at one of the very few gas stations that stays open all night in either area. Because the next closest one is Beaumont center, at its closed at night half the time too. Other than that screwed if you're almost out of gas. Cause there isn't another one open for 10 plus miles. Don't advertise youre open 24/7 and pay someone to be there if you're not really gonna be open or if they are just gonna decide they are closed and take a nap for hours whenever they feel like it.

I pulled up to the gas station as I was nearing empty and employee was outside smoking. She looked at me and went inside and locked the door, even though they are supposed to be open 24 hours. This was at 2 a.m.
