Had an amazing experience buying a new Kia Forte GT from Derrick Miller (awesome ex Kentucky basketball player). He found us a car we instantly fell in love with and did everything in his power to make sure we got where we needed to be to get the deal done. Will be a lifelong Car Town Kia customer!!
Fast forward 6 months and my son was needing a car to take to college so we gave him the 2019 Kia forte we bought new there. I went to the used car lot to find me a car. Dealt with Chris Raynor who is a very demeaning person. Said at one point when I was figuring up what the payment should be “it’s basic math”. At another point after bringing me a “deal” that was over 1 1/2 times more a month than I said we were looking for he said “we are where we are because your credit is bad.” How do you put people down and still keep your job? The straw that broke the camels back is he said he would do his best to try and get the car done that day (Friday) but it would definitely be done Saturday. I text at noon on Saturday and ask for an update “when I hear something you’ll be the first to know” is what I got instead of “hey let me check on that for you.” We called someone above him and they are now saying it could be mid to end of next week before we get the car. Why sell a car that’s not ready to sell for a week? Why even have that car available to sell? We asked for our deposit back so we can go find a car that we can actually drive and they said we would lose the deposit if we didn’t wait for the car to be ready and accept delivery. We went from a lifelong customer to we will never deal with them again.

I took my car in because I thought the moonroof was leaking. I received a text from Chris “blah blah blah. Text me at this number if you need anything” I text him later to receive an update and I never got a response. My husband called to speak with this guy and nothing. Day 2 my husband speaks with someone and is told that it’s the windshield that was leaking and it’s not covered under my warranty since it had been replaced outside of Kia. Fine. We still had questions so we went to the dealership management. They said they would look into it and get in touch. We have not heard anything from them since. Their customer service is subpar. The employees are inept. Highly recommend buying from another dealership

This was my favorite dealership before the ownership changed. I have purchased 3 cars there. At this point, I want to get rid if all of them so that I do not have to go back. The last three times I have been there for routine service when I pay, I am simply given the key. Today I had to walk acres to find my car.

The car check in Lane is very wide and very clean and bright. The customer waiting area is delightful. Especially appreciate the table and chairs that allow you to use a PC at a desk like environment.

Update: initially gave the sales experience a 5 star rating. However, The A/C went out in our brand new 2024 Sorento. Unfortunately when you go to schedule your Kia Maintenance, the wait list is over 3 months. And I already bought the maintenance plan. Good luck getting your Kia serviced here. I will never buy another Kia. 0 stars if possible. Rude service people

Car Town KIA has zero customer service. I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair. I had to wait for two months for an appointment for a ‘dangerous’ recall. When I called and expressed concern about the situation, I was told it wasn’t serious, and the car was safe to drive. This is my teenage daughter’s car. I asked if there were any way to get it repaired sooner and she said no, not at all. My daughter is there now and found out there are THREE RECALLS, but they don’t have time to fix them!!! I called about getting her a loaner, they transferred me to voicemail. They are absolutely horrible. There’s no working with them, talking to them, or anything else UNLESS YOU’RE BUYING A CAR.

As a truck driver it is difficult for me to schedule routine maintenance. I called and they scheduled me in on Saturday morning as soon as they opened the doors. I really appreciate what they did for me!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have called numerous times and been prompted to leave a voicemail to schedule an appointment, it’s been weeks and NOTHING! Been prompted to text, NO RESPONSE. I keep calling and expressing my concerns to the sales representative (because it’s the only way to talk to a human), and am forwarded back to the same phone line that yields zero results. I called Kia Store East in Louisville, and was able to speak to a representative immediately and get taken care of for my maintenance and the recall on my 2024 vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE! MAKE THE HOUR DRIVE TO LOUISVILLE FOR TOP NOTCH SERVICE AT KIA STORE EAST!

Hit a curb on Sunday and busted a tire. I “chatted” online with a representative who told me they would send a message to Cartown Kia. I arrived at Kia at 9:00am this mornin. And was back on the road by 11:30am.
