Been sending more of my business this way lately. While I can't say I was too happy with the price of my latest service (Almost 2x what I was quoted by a shop you referred me to for the same work), but getting the work done 2-3 weeks sooner is 2-3 weeks sooner...
So thank you for that. That said, with less urgent work, I would be inclined to shop around more before settling with Byrd first and foremost over any other shop.
EDIT: Shout out to Anna at the front desk and Grace, she's such a lovable pupper!

I’ve found my new repair shop! I took my vehicle in and let them know I thought I needed new brakes, pads, rotors and calipers. Upon inspecting they let me know that the calipers were actually fine and I didn’t need new ones (versus replacing them anyway which other shops would do). They quoted me and after the repair said that some parts actually turned out cheaper and they charged me less. That doesn’t happen these days! Great communication and fast turn around. Also family owned and operated!

I’ve been to Byrd twice now, once for more serious issues and once for a very routine appointment, and both times my car was cared for excellently! They are so helpful, so kind, and very fair. And I’m always happy to see Jasper in the lobby! ☺️
I absolutely recommend Byrd to everyone I know and even people I don’t!
