Buyer beware. Certain employees here will lie to you to make a sale. I was told I could pick any plan I wanted after first months service. This isn't true, it was $50 a month or nothing. I chose nothing.Boost used to be great until they got bought out by another company, now they're predatory and treat their customer poorly. Avoid at all costs.

Yes, this store’s hours are only until 7 on any day but Sunday. Please be careful timing for your own sakes.The associate Hunter did his best to help us fix a phone when we found out we were scammed by the boost mobile store up the road. Although the phone is still bricked, the insight was appreciated and we hope people choose this store for their first stop from now on.

Called here looking for information about a phone plan for my children and I received a lot of really good information. After talking to the nice lady on the phone, I went to the Main St. location in person, it is tucked away from the main st, but in a convenient place. It's nearby shopping and dining, so it's convenient to stop by while doing other errands. Always friendly service.

This is a sad excuse for a business. Boost has been calling, calling, calling saying, come in an have your sims card upgraded to 5g from 3g with no cost to you. I took my phone in. The girl took my sims card out of my phone an put in the 5g sims. My phone service was immediatly shut down. This was 4 in the afternoon. They would not help me get it going again. The girl called the manager an he didnt know what to do. He wouldnt call the girl back. I went all night an half the day today without a phone. I just paid my $50 a month bill. I went back in the next day around 12. Still no phone. The boy that was there when they turned it off the day before. I walked in an ask for a manger or supervisor. I reminded the young man who i was an yes i was mad. He said he was waiting on his boss Tony Nguyen. He was the boss that wouldnt help the day before. There was some woman sitting back behind the young man i was speaking with. She started yelling at me to lower my voice. I looked at her an said im not talking to you lady, this young man knows what they did to my phone the day before. I dont know who she was. She was laying behind the counter an had on nasty sweatpants. I thought she was a bum. She went outside an called the police. This is the sadest place I have ever been in. The store is nasty dirty an so were the employees. Sad, sad, sad. Wouldnt recommend Boost to anyone.

They weren't very helpful at all and actually let us know that the employees get an upgrade discount but me, as a 3+ year customer definitely do not and told me if I buy online I have to pay them $20 cash to activate it , which I know is a lie! Guess I'll go back to Cricket!!

They add charges on your account you didn’t ask for. They have horrible customer service. People in the store don’t have ANY IDEA what their doing but they sure know how to offer you $90 speakers that are worth twenty bucks max lmao zero integrity in that store. Not to mention Boost Mobiles service is TRASH. Just like everyone says. I’d go to the other guy up the street. Or Walmart lmao ?

Went there the girl was on a 3 hr brake I guess and when she finally got back said she couldn't help us...drove 23 min away to another one that girl helped us with in 20 min and we was on our way....dont know who her boss is but she don't deserve to work there...this company lost out on more than 8 people that we seen come and go smh
