Went to verzión store With my phone issue and they were no help . Came to this boost store and they were Very helpful, & customer service oriented. Nice & willing 2 help. Excellent service & quality, the gentleman who put on my screen protector did an amazing job & was very nice & helpful as well! 2 thumbs UP ?

The main guy there is extremely rude, and based on these reviews, he's like that a lot.Furthermore, Boost Mobile is a sketchy company that lies to their customers, and makes doing anything pertaining to your service nigh on impossible. If you have any other options DO NOT use Boost.

If i could give this business less stars i would. Worst business in jessamine co. The owner/ help was rude and arrogant from the minute he opened his mouth. And just to put it out there he was pretty fond of homophobic slurs. Lgbtq community dont give this guy your dollars. He dont deserve them.
