Our salesman ryan was the best to work with! Any questions i had he answered within minutes. We lived 2.5 hrs away, but he already had the paperwork ready to go! In and out fast!

I was never called when my vehicle’s detail was finished, and I called 3 times and texted twice without getting a reply. I had to use Uber for transport back to the dealership, so finally just went there. The entire service bay was dark. A salesperson had to unlock the impound lot to retrieve my vehicle. The next day the service manager offered to reduce my bill from $259 to $209 for the inconvenience . I told him $209 was the price I was quoted when I made the appointment. He did not offer to reduce the $209 price.
Read the other reviews. The service department needs assistance in customer service and ethics.
The person detailing did a wonderful job. I hope this part of the review reaches her/him.

I would advise every car buyer to give Montgomery CDJR a visit before making their final decision. Travis and Jason are the best at helping first time buyers, like myself, get approved at a great rate. Brad is a wonderful salesman, very personable and made the paperwork and process extremely clear and concise.

When we found the vehicle that we were specifically looking for, not only was the negotiating easy, they went above and beyond for our pick up and delivery.
Jason the mgr made sure that our Renegade was clean and fueled up. Ryan our delivery salesman was really laid back and had the paperwork all ready for signatures and Nick the finance guy double checked everything to make sure we dotted all the "I's and crossed the T's" so we didn't have to make a second trip or DocuSign anything after the fact. This was a great experience after trying to purchase a Renegade from two different dealerships who both made excuses as to why they couldn't sell us the vehicle they each had on their lots as advertised. We also received a surprise follow up from the General Mgr we didn't get to meet him as he was in a meeting while we were there, but appreciated the thank you he sent.
If you're looking for a vehicle I definitely recommend them and tell em , Lola sent you!

Last week we were in need of a newer truck. After searching around on all the apps we started our trip to look at a few and never made it past MontgomeryCDJR. Looked at a 21 model Ram1500 first and then found a 20 Ram that was just what we were looking for and our salesman Brad Boyd did a great job of helping us with any with any questions we had and then finishing the sale. New and used car pricing has changed a lot in the last 4 years but that being said I feel like we were able to get a good deal on a really nice truck. Thanks Brad and MontgomeryCDJR.

I live about 4hours away, worked with Lance to purchase a used truck, very impressed by this team, clear communication, super easy process even taking my trade unseen. To top it off Lance even drove the truck to me! I had a couple of things I noticed when I got the truck, Lance quickly arranged to get it fixed locally and followed up multiple times. Highly recommend!

I Have never had a more friendly experience when shopping for a vehicle Montgomery CDR Team were the best. Thank you Travis and Brad. I had a few issues but Travis and Brad wasnt going to let that stop them from helping me get into a vehicle and back on the road.
