AMAZING SERVICE & GREAT SELECTIONS —Items purchased: Paint & hardwareMy husband and I went here to get Ben Moore paint for our daughter’s nursery. The general manager Frank helped us at the paint counter & was super knowledgeable about the different paints. He was friendly and prompt with service. Other associates had personal knowledge of the other products available, and didn’t rely on the computer for inventory—they actually went to look and helped us find what we needed.This hardware store is a bit longer of a drive from us than Lowe’s & Home Depot, but I will gladly drive the extra 10 minutes for this store—they’re definitely the “helpful place”!!

Unprofessional, as a grown man I expect better service and respect. Over the phone or not. If you accidentally hang up on a customer, call back or apologize when they call back. Perhaps it was just a kid, but this is why training and accountability is crucial.

They seem to have a much larger inventory than they previously did. I only needed 3 carriage bolts but I also looked around and they have a variety of items I haven't seen elsewhere locally. The prices I saw were as good as anywhere I've been. I'll definitely be back

Well stocked shelves and we were greated and asked if we needed help upon entering the store. The store was neat, clean, and organized. The staff was very friendly and engaging.

One of the few locally owned hardware stores around Lexington area that still has good service and hard to find items. These places are a breath of fresh air compared to the big box stores.

I was happy to receive news about True Value coming to my neighborhood, but then I forgot about them and continued to visit the super stores. The past week I visited True Value three times, and I was very pleased with each visit. I got excellent advice each time, and I was pleased with every purchase.
