“I've done Commercial Banking with the team at Citizens National Nicholasville for 3.5 years, and been over the moon happy with the level of service I get there. Always in a great mood, and a joy to interact with the entire staff. Joe, Karen, Ashley, Sherri. Always a warm greeting, excited to see me, and quick to help me out. The bank president Joe has helped me twice after hours, when my business debit card wasn't working and drove to the bank after hours when my deposit key was stuck. I can't think of that happening at a bigger bank.”

Like everyone else these days, they get short staffed, and you have to wait at certain times of day. But, they never leave you hanging without a friendly greeting! A fairly new branch manager runs a great location!”
