“My Tundra was in a hail storm :( and I needed an estimate, so I was chatting with another company (Minor Dents) and they recommended Lyons Auto Body to replace the felt trim weatherstrip around the windows. The Tundra sits out in the sun most of the time and the felt trim had deteriorated on all four windows. I went to Lyons Auto Body in Nicholasville and they said they could order OEM or I could order after market from Amazon. He looked up the part for me from Amazon and told me to order those and he would install them for me. I ordered the parts and a couple days later took them to Lyons for installation. It took them about 20 minutes to install all four and when it came time to pay the bill they said it was FREE. I was completely blown away by their generosity and upon leaving the owner told me to have a BLESS day! So if anyone reads this review please, please, please support this small business.”

“After I had a bad experience at O'Reilly I came here after calling in to make sure they were able to put the battery in as well and not just sell them. What a huge difference it was! 2 very friendly and fun guys behind the counter, Scott and Nick, made my day. Nick explained the difference between different batteries and suggested one for my particular need. Easy. He also switched the 2 batteries out and was very pleasant to talk to. “Chloe and Kim at the Nicholasville lex ky are phenomenal at their job especially customer service the day I met kim had me come back with a surprise lunch and I came back another time and looking for an oil filter and Chloe was on crutches and as I was on my way to get the filter I hear her coming up the aisle on crutches to help I had to beg her to let me get it and rest her leg I don’t know what y’all training them in orientation good job to the ladies keep up the good work I’m just saying my pov might not matter but if possible I think like I acknowledged their hard work and dedication to their job they deserve some sort of compensation to acknowledge their hardwork and representation of the auto zone brand”
