We purchased gap insurance through them and not long after our car was hit and totalled. The warranty company paid everything and sent the amount that we overpaid to the car lot and told us that they would be send us a check for the amount we were owed. That was in July and it is now almost October and we've heard nothing from the lot and every time that we call they are conveniently 'in a meeting'.

Unfortunately a minus 100 is not possible here, and even that would be being overly nice. If you pay attention, all the good reviews go back to early 2021 and 2020. There are no reviews for later in 2021 and onward. Maybe things like what happened to me, is why, and the possibility to leave a review on their site, is oddly closed. Please do not go to this so called business and allow them to do to you, what they did to me. Here is my unfortunate story. It looks like I missed the boat. From the other reviews it seems when Jim worked there he was honest and actually took care of his customers and was fair and honorable with them. Sadly I can not say these things about the current manager, if you can call him that. He sold me a piece of junk and now him nor the actual owners will give me back my money. He knows what he sold me was a piece of junk because eventually he gave me a copy of the car report (that he did not give me when I was first interested in buying the trashed vehicle) the car report is clearly checked FAILED by "No major visible damage" and also FAILED by "No visible rust". Note: I am a senior citizen so I did not get down under the vehicle to check), and you can not see these things until you go under the car so I did not see them. I did ask what was wrong with the wheels and he assured me that someone had just painted them and the paint was just starting to peeling off. When in all actuality it was the original paint coming off from where the vehicle had been sitting in salt water. It is an even longer story but the bottom line is I am a female senior citizen was alone, new in town, only had been here for 13 days and new to KY and had no idea where to take the vehicle for an inspection and he took full advantage of this. I was also desperate for a car because I was paying $400.00 per week for a rental car. My mistake was believing him, trusting him when he told me he had a great vehicle in fantastic condition that was directly in the category of what I wanted. My other mistake was I paid the j*** cash. He/and obviously the actual owners, refuse to give me my money back once I discovered two weeks later that the under carriage of the vehicle was rusted out literally beyond repair. They already had all of my money and laughed all the way to the bank. The nicest thing they did was offer me 4 other vehicles and a little money back, the problem was, each of the 4 vehicles was in way worse shape than the one I already had, (by this time I had found an honest car repair shop to check each vehicle out for me) and on all 4 vehicles each one had a transmission that was ready to go out any day, along with bad breaks, on one the air conditioner needed to be replaced, and the brakes were bad on all 4 cars. These are just the first things that the car repairman found, goodness only knows what else was wrong with pieces of cars. What is even more sad still, is when I passed by this horrible car lot a few days later, all of the pieces of junk were gone. This means he sold them to unsuspecting desperate people, which is completely disgusting. With a new battery, new windshield wipers, the new brakes (that is when the rust was discovered), I am out of $12,000.00. He shoved all of the paperwork at me like bullets telling me to sign here, here, and here, and here, and here. I was completely overwhelmed and sadly I trusted the guy, so I signed. What else was I to do, I desperately needed transportation, and did not have unlimited funds, and no one to help me. He and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to people. But then if they had any shame and humanity in them they wouldn't do this kind of thing in the first place. They are the epitome of used car salesman. The only other thing I have to say is, Karma is a b-tch, and I truly hope they get all of it that they so rightly deserve.

This place is awesome!!!!! I don't have the best of credit because of an accident that caused me to be disabled. But Jim worked with me and he made sure that I got a nice car. I have some health issues and really needed a dependable car to get to my appointments and Jim made it happen!!!! They are awesome and I completely recommend them to anyone!!!!
