I am so happy I found this business!I make baby blankets and I like to have them embroidered with baby name and birth date.These folks are wonderful to work with, very polite and helpful and the price is very reasonable.The work is perfection, they take pride in their work.I recommend them to anyone who needs embroidery done.

I have been coming to this place for a little over 3 years for small things to be embroidered or engraved and I’m so disappointed by my last 2 visits. The first one was to engrave our wedding glasses which were horrible. He claimed he didn’t see anything wrong with it but it was chipping where he engraved it and so we have to get new ones. Everyone makes mistakes, no big deal.We then took an hour glass for our wedding to be engraved (forgot the technical name). This was on a Friday. We came back 10 days later around 11am and he hadn’t started on it and said it would be done by 1. We went the next day. Still not done. We got our hourglass back and will not be visiting any more.We are having our wedding November 4 and now have to rush to get the hourglass engraved and buy new wedding glasses at our expense.As we were leaving, we noticed a big sign for same day service on Nicholasville Rd.The only good thing about this shop is Blue- the dog ??♀️

I chose this place based on the reviews I read online and the fact they were close to me. I stopped in with some fleece blankets I wanted to get embroidered. They showed me my options for fonts, sizes, and thread colors and then embroidered one on the spot so I could make sure I liked it before they did the rest of my order. After I got home, I changed my mind and ran back over to see if they could swap the thread from black to crimson and they did so with no issues. I dropped off 13 blankets and they actually finished the entire order the same day, which I wasn't expecting. Each embroidered item is $15. They send off their screen printing orders but can also do laser engraving in-house. I was impressed with the service and I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Ordered shirts for my small business. The transfers began coming off after 1st use. Contacted AC Embroidery and they said that they would fix it. They did fix them and at the same time, I ordered some more shirts and polos. Received the shirts and polos in, and they are vastly different colors. I would say on is Royal Blue and one is Navy. Jim says they are both Royal Blue and since they are from different shirt manufacturers, that it’s normal. I asked why I wasn’t told about this before ordering and he said he’s never told anyone before and it’s never been an issue. Was told to check with other printers, that they would agree it’s normal. So I did, and while they agree that different manufacturers have different colors that may be called the same thing, that it is not industry standard to have that much color variation in a single order. Basically, they should have told me upfront or told me before printing that there was a noticeable difference.I asked for a refund and after fighting with the owner for a while, was basically told to sue him, he is standing behind his work.
