I got an used recliner and charged me for the cost of a new one. If my recliner was new why does it squeak when you rock ?? If you get a new item and.keep it for a couple of hours and return it you don't get a refund .

The new store staff in Nicholasville is not friendly I wanted a computer which was easy I have done business with Aaron's since they have been in Nicholasville. But it took them over 3.5 hrs to get back to me after I gave them a hour to review my paperwork and I had to call them to see if approved, then was told they would write it up and that took over 3 hours really. So they lost my business and alit of people I know.

First of all the problem was not just Nicholasville it was all of aaros I have rented/ paid off 5 things with these people . Went today to get a new lease and signed the paper work and everything waited at for 3 hours missed work waiting for something to be delivered that never was . So long story short I owed them 1 payment for something that they decided to tell me years ago they had no history of my payments even though I only owed one . They tried to charge me full cost of laptop and forgot all payments I made .. hint guys it’s in the fine print .. after all is said and done don’t mind to pay the last payment but that is it . This place in nicholasville can’t even give you the courtesy call to tell you that the lease didn’t go through and they were not bringing your stuff . The manager is Chelsea she was nice at first but seems to care less how they treated you . My whole family rents from them and has paid many things off sad to say they have lost a really good customer I would rather go to rent a center and pay a lot more fees than deal with these people ever again !!!! If you are smart stay away

I love this store and the people. Especially Dakota and Chelsey! I recently fell ill and had to be off work they have been nothing but understanding and worked with me so me and my kids didn't loose our stuff!

Just got off the phone with Dakota who made fun of my mothers anxiety and depression. Don’t go here. They swear they are better and will help. We had a cash and carry dryer. We owe hardly anything on it. They said if she needed to pay every two weeks it was fine. DUE TO HER ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION because they knew she couldn’t work sometimes because of it. Now they are belittling her. I was there when she signed the contract. Breaching her confidentiality to me in the phone and then gas lighting me like it didn’t happen. I know the law. They have breached their contract with my mother. I will be seeking advice if an apology isn’t made. Chelsea was the one who breached her information to me on the phone.

I referred someone there even though there is a Aaron’s in walking distance of my apartment. He drove all the way to this store to sign paperwork so that I could be the one to be there when it was delivered. My referral was getting great help from a lady there that was being honest about the quality of what he ordered online and was showing us other sets. She went to the manager to ask some questions she didn’t have answers for. Long story short, he was clueless in the items and prices in his store, he kept changing his story up and said he refused to deliver a bedroom set and a week later pick up and deliver the set he really wanted. Then asked us to leave. It was entirely unprofessional and rude.

the staff there are incredible, they went above and beyond when my television got knocked off of my tv stand. they could have told me to get bent.... but they didnt . they got me the same model that I had..... thank you to the entire staff @ the Nicholasville ky location. you have a repeat customer here. thanks

Some of the employees here really need to be given a lesson on customer service. Considering the fact that it was going to take them 5 days to deliver it to me when I made the purchase, we decided to come and pick it up ourselves. When we did we were told to wait because of one the head owners being there and we really werent supposed to be doing it. And they had us pull around back. Where they brought the washier and dryer out and we had to load it oursleves. We moved to ano
