I've been a customer at the Ft Thomas location for about eighteen years. They are a wonderful establishment with great employees. I wouldn't want to ever switch banks.

If you need a loan, Jeanne is THE best there is. She handled everything and she explained what was happening every step of the way, in terms that I could understand. She knows what she's doing and even told me what my monthly interest payments would be. She worked very closely with the underwriter and got me a Home Equity Line of Credit. I was able to give my ex-wife her share of the equity and I was able to keep my house. She has given me peace of mind and security that I needed to raise my daughter. She is a loan officer with a heart and will bend over backwards to get you a loan. I can't say nicer things about her, because her level of commitment to the process is better than any other loan officer I've contacted. She is top-notch and, to me, a genuinely good human being. She walked me through the process, step-by-step. She told me what she needed along the way and getting my loan was effortless on my part. If you need a loan, she is, hands-down, the best person you could choose. She's honest and empathetic and will do everything in her power to make sure you can get the money and stability you need.

WesBanco has been great to work with through the pandemic. Their Newport Branch customer service has been excellent. I was concerned when they changed from United but am happy I stayed with them.

Branch manager is extremely rude, lacking customer service skills. Closed my accounts and went elsewhere. Sad.
