Had the worst experience with Asurion. I was literally about to switch providers since they wouldn't handle manufacturer warranty since my phone stop working correctly within the first year. Stopped by and Ben Taylor and Tray Eckler rocked it. Ben got on the phone with Verizon and took care of getting me a new phone within 20 minutes. Tray assisted me while I had my 1 year old and got me settled with no issues at all. I know these positions are sales which I can understand their hesitation to help me. Overall, very professional and helpful! Thank you!

I had a horrible experience here. I am a new customer and also new resident to KY. I signed up for service for myself and my boyfriend today at a different store. I was told that I had a $6000 limit so after leaving I thought it would be nice to get my dad and brothers new phones as well. The 3 of them helped me move from California this week and I new they needed new phones so I wanted to surprise them before they head back home.
First the female rep started off by telling me I couldn’t get new numbers on new phones… ummm ok?? So I texted my brother to get in their TMobile app and get everyone’s info. Then she kept asking me if I went to a different store as if I committed a crime for doing so. I told her yes and then she told me I didn’t have financing even though I saw with my own eyes on the first reps iPad that I had $6000. I was super excited to be able to do this gesture for my family after all the hard work they put in to help me. She knew no other stores were open and completely lied to me. I blatantly asked her, do you just not want to help me? And can I see that I have zero financing to which she told me she can’t show me her iPad. Lol ok thank you for the warm welcome to Verizon and Kentucky. Completely ruined my day. If you are black I would advise you NOT to visit this store.
