Absolute con artist. Brought my car in 2 weeks ago they gave me a list of things they needed to be done before they’ll do a alignment, that list included wheel bearings for front and back, ball joints for the front. I got those fixed, brought it back today 10/21/24 and “magically” my boot has a tear, a valve is leaking and my tire rods have wiggle. They didn’t mention any of these things 2 weeks ago but once again like magic all these things now need to be repaired. Absolutely ridiculous and they are nothing but con artist. There are better shops on the area that won’t rape you and lie to you.

I was honestly dreading buying new tires but they made it super easy. Honestly above and beyond. They take pride in their work and made buying new tires a painless experience. Thanks Tanner for getting the job done for me, appreciate it.

Just stopped at the Newport, KY location because I needed my tires to be topped off with air d/t low tire pressure alert (cold mornings) and let me tell you, Johnny was such a delight. He was super friendly, topped my tires off, and had a smile while doing it! He made my day, in only the couple of minutes I was there! He’s definitely an asset to the team! Thanks Johnny!

Great service I called at 6:40 and asked if it was too late to come they got me right in and changed my tires within 15 minutes!!! Thanks to Jeremy and Ari very respectful and should be recognized for there Great customer service

Been customer for years. Today, it was a really bad experience with Ari and Tanner. Poor customer service, poor management, and poor treatment. Made me feel like I wasn't worth their time. Their vibe was so negative that I had to just leave and find some other place. More about money for them.

We had a blow out headed from Ohio to Alabama pulling our fifth wheel. Once we arrived at the shop after AAA changed the tire for us, we lost power to the camper and couldn’t disconnect the camper from the truck. Tanner went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us 4 new tires and back on the road. A100% recommend this place. Everyone was amazing, friendly and understanding on what I would call one of my worst travel days ever. The smiles, compassion and understanding were second to none. Thank you for everything!

I thought I would have to make an appointment but I got my tires within a couple hours. No pressure from sales either we went over a couple options but only after finding the tires I wanted in the first place.

Ari and Co. are always a pleasure to work with, and get me in and out quickly. Tires are priced as well as Costco or Sam's Club (plus great promotions, like free oil change and alignment with new tires), without crazy wait times. Unless I've got a reason to go to the dealership, a la a recall - why should I go anyplace else?

Every time I go to this place they turn me away and tell me to come back later. I have a nail in my tire ! I don’t have time to come back later I made the appointment today. They give me different estimates on every time I come. This is my 3rd time coming into day and I been told to come back whenever they call me. I’m not going I will find somebody else to help me. RUDE !
