I went in and got my hair cut. Not only did she give me a haircut that I specifically said I did not want but it was a complete hack job. I could've done better myself. Totally disappointed and unsatisfied. I have 3 days to get them to "fix" it but then it will be so short that it may as well get shaved.

I’ve now been here twice and can say I will never go back. Of course we all know it just depends on the day and who is working, but I’ve had two bad haircuts now. The last time I went, I almost walked right back out because the person working appeared to either hate her job or life, or both. Her attitude was palpable- I almost went off on her but I needed a cut so badly and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. My haircut is one of the worst I’ve ever had. You all need to work on leaving your bad energy and moods at the door when you come into work.
