I was in tonight July 18 at 11:10 pm and Angie was the cashier . She charged my card I went thru the whole speel of taping my card entering my pin and finalizing it Angie then proceeded to tell me it declined after I already had the statement in my banking app I showed her and she still proceeded to not refund me nor give me the gas I paid for with the proof I paid for it . My total was 30.30 and she still charged my card 40.30 after taking 31$ cash from me also .
I paid her 40.30 on card and 31$ in cash for $25.00 in gas and 3 swisher sweet diamonds. I need to speak with a manger asap this is wrong

I’ve lived in Newport for 36 years and this gas station has went downhill. It seems like more and more every year very rude and inconsiderate. If you go in there four times a day every day your average time of weight will be no less than five minutes and that’s if nobody’s in there beside you, they are just rude or every time I go in there I get discriminated against and I’m highly respectful. I only have this problem here one day I pulled up to the pump and barely made it running out of gas and a person that worked there was in front of me And asked me to pull up a little bit and I said I can’t turn my car back on. They told me I wasn’t allowed in the store for that said I was being rude and disrespectful and denied me to get gas. I had to push my car to a street over and get a tow

This one really confuses me. You never see the same person working here. There are two people working but only one register open. And of course the one register that's open doesn't have the open door. They have that door locked so that you have to go in and all the way around to go that one. Register to go all the way back around in a credit store with too much stuff. Makes no sense. And the fat one just stands outside smoking. You wouldn't know which one cuz like I said, they're never the same people here with the door open smelling it all up right there. You walk right into it or out of it. That's gross not supposed to smoke within 20 ft. I know you don't carry. You're a smoker. I'm a smoker and I care.

i used to go in here every single night and multiple times during the day. UNTIL the night shift worker angie started referring to me as “preggo” when i’m very much NOT pregnant and even if i was i feel as though that’s still incredibly rude. it made me uncomfortable to where i barely return now. extremely unprofessional and hurtful.

"Bathrooms closed, I was just washing my hands" is what the employee stated to me as I was trying to get access to use bathroom then get gas... head scratcher I've seen a lot of restrooms at speedways closer to inner cities closed hmmmm.. I'll get gas elsewhere

Besides the employees letting their boyfriends hang out all night while they work they lock the damn door every other night! It's ridiculous I thought this was a 24 hour gas station? I've never seen any other Speedway or hell even another 24 hour establishment lock their doors and just stay in there doing what?Edit: She's cleaning the roller item grill ? you can't do that with the door unlocked. I have personally watched 7 other customers pull up to the pump walk to the door and leave. Four cars are here now with 2 people waiting at the door. She's in there changing the trash with the door locked? I have worked in this field and never did this at the expense of the customer!

Hands down the worst speedway around which sucks cause it’s right down the street from me but I went up there last night and this isn’t the first time for this too happen but the two girl employee up there have like literally ten to 12 of there methed out friends hanging inside the store and out side the store with there cars blocking all the pumps but they just use them for parking spot and they all crowd the front door and front register they kept saying weird stuff to the point where we all almost got into a fight last night and this isn’t the first time I kno you guys can’t be oblivious too this these people are running your store into the ground if I was you get rid of them female night employee there friends were talking about meeting me across the street to fight and everything if you want more details contact me and I can explain everything ten times better but this stuff has been going on for months now

The employees always have an attitude. There is one in particular that seems to ALWAYS have an attitude and she always cusses out customers. If there were more gas stations in the area I wouldn’t step foot in there just to not be verbally abused
