Never get service from here! It is absolutely the worst. I had to go back to this store 3 times to talk to the same employee (he reeks of bad BO too) and we were supposed to be paying a specific price per month for internet and he said that it would change on the app and show up as that price like 24-48 hours after turning it on. Nope still was charging over $30 more than what it was supposed to be. Then I went back in the store because the help line on the phone had no documentation of this price at all. And the same guy said he fixed it and then it was still $10 higher than it was supposed to be. I went back in again and he said he fixed it again but then it never changed and I’ve finally given up. Spectrum is a scam and is only here to steal your money and have 50000 outages

A few weeks ago we came to buy a Samsung S22 that was on sale. They still had some in stock! The young women who helped us offered to activate the S22 and transfer our software from the old phone to the new one (we are both 72). We left with a fully functional phone. What a great service oriented phone store !

Rude, no concept of customer. Needed to return equipment to close account. Should be a simple process. Not here. Get a full run around. My recommendation -- go to ANY OTHER MOBILE AND INTERNET PROVIDER.

This review is directed to the corporate office not to the store specifically.We canceled this service due to the internet being extremely slow and expensive compared to our new service provider. We did everything we were supposed to do as far as canceling and returning the equipment and we only used seven days of the billing cycle. We spoke to a representative that explained that the next business day (in the afternoon), the bill would be updated with the prorated amount. When we noticed it wasn’t updated we called Spectrum back. We were then told the complete opposite. Even though we canceled on August 30 and our bill went through September 23 as far as service/payment, they refused to prorate the bill and they stated that we have to pay for the entire month, even though we only used it for one week. They said it’s their policy and they are on a month to month billing so they don’t adjust the balance on the account even though someone cancels. They then pointed out that their policy is in the fine print; however, I don't recall that being explained to us when we signed up. The supervisor I spoke with told us they stand by their policy and she would use this as a training opportunity for the employee who gave us what we thought was the correct, reasonable answer. She then went on to say, “is there anything else we can help you with?”

Have to give it a 2 although the gentleman there was extremely willing to help,but unfortunately there was little he could do. I called to try and switch to a new service because the 2yr promo had ended. The lady over the phone was rude and acted like me being a customer for two years was my privilege. So after speaking to her I hung and called alta fiber. Sucks because the guy at the store was super sympathetic and helpful.

My husband and I worked with Ryan Johnson. He was so informative. He answered all our questions and explained what we did not understand. I was so glad to work with him. There were two other workers that were so nice to us. A big THANK YOU to not only Ryan but to his coworkers Kyle and Talisa.

Store specialist Mr Jake Hollingsworth at Newport Spectrum I recommend for helping with purchase of spectrum lines of service.Whenever I had difficulty with any aspect from purchasing service to installation, Mr Jake Hollingsworth is expert from my experience in coming in for servicing questions on more than several occasions. Jake is much like a friend. I recommend this store.The store manager Jose is also great for cross referencing of questions during product purchase. I had prior contact with other employees in the store. All the ones I came in contact with such as Kyle have excellent customer service and I see have excellent knowledge of product and installation.Most of my product purchase and installation was with Mr Jake Hollingsworth.

Horrible customer service. You can't get anyone to answer the phone for over the phone customer service. When you show up, the store employees like to give attitude. Service always has problems with actual service as well. Go anywhere else but here.

Super shitty place. When I closed out my account, they said I had no remaining balance and then I got a phone call 3 months later saying that I owe them over $100. Zero emails or phone calls before that, so they kept charging $25 each billing cycle, despite the fact that I did not have access to my account anymore.

The store is never open whenever it says it is on google. The store needs to change the hours online and on their door if you're going to keep their temporary hours. How long are they gonna keep these temporary shortened hours for? Because if they've closed at 6 everyday and aren't open on Sundays anymore but? Yet online says you could they close at 8 and they're open partial hours on? Sunday online makes me believe that they would be open.

I would not expect any common sense or urgency in fixing problems the company creates itself. I am without internet for over a week because no one has any motivation to expedite my issue that was solely created due to the company's laziness. I switched to T Mobile and would encourage others to take the chance to squash this monopolous company who wants to tell you tough, you have no recourse. We have more power than we realize and push back when you can!

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a new phone and signed up for mobile service in addition to other services already had. I didn't buy the phone at this location. It had been shipped to me. Was told by their customer reps that I could take the phone to their store and they would activate it and transfer everything to my new device. Wrong! David said they only get paid to do sales and wouldn't help me. I hope this isn't an indicator of future services. I'll go back to T-mobile
