I’ve been going here for the last 4 years! They are ALWAYS extremely professional, kind, quick, & go above and beyond for not only their customers but your children as well! My daughter didn’t want to leave a tax place.. if that doesn’t tell you what kind of amazing people they are I don’t know what will!!

I have been going here for some year's now and they always do a great job. Last year the irs wanted tons of information. Because of the child tax credit and stimulus payments the staff at quick tax did everything they could to help me through the process. I got my money and was happy I chose quick tax

I've never been treated so good dealing with a business! I've filed here for several seasons now, and the staff go above and beyond every time. My children always look forward to visiting quik tax as well...They're always spoiled by staff :) My refund has always been on time and always prepared correctly. My girlfriend and i filed here. It was my first time filing taxes and it was great! Except the fees were extremely high. That wasnt even the problem though. The real problem is he closed shop for the season and denies that the irs sent my last refund to the owners account and he wont give her remaining refund. Planning on reporting him soon.

If I could give zero stars I would. We used Quik Tax last year to file for 2016. Even though they made it sound like we were getting a big discount, we paid the same that we had paid at H&R Block previously. That wasn't a big deal and we were satisfied. Then comes the letter from the IRS a few weeks ago informing us that there was a mistake on our return and we owe $700+ for 2016. We call Quik Tax to find out what can be done. After a few days we get a call back and she tells us that they can't figure out where he got that number from. “Since you received that money, you're going to have to pay it back.†That's all she had to say! So we go to H&R Block for this years taxes and showed them last year's paperwork including the letter from the IRS. Come to find out that not only did Quik Tax screw up my HSA amount, they made a mistake on the mortgage amount too which resulted in us getting back over $1000 less than we should have last year. We are very lucky that H&R Block is fixing this for us but I guess we learned our lesson. Do NOT go here, they have no clue what they are doing!
