They don’t have enough people working the drive through. I was told they had a line inside and it would be a while before they could take care of my deposit. I may change banks soon and I have been a customer for 35 years

People are friendly just not enough of them every time I am at this location. There is only one drive-through lane open and several cars in it. The reason there’s only one drive-through open is because they have no help always long weights .I have that problem at my other bank that I bank with on a personal banking

Constant problems, from money not depositing into accounts when it’s suppose to,Tellers handing customer service by transferring client problems to their robocaller coworker to avoid doing their job, to acting oblivious when confronted about the problem they refused to help fix the first time, to being unable to properly file business documents among accounts invalid.Worst banking manager I’ve experience in my life this far, Darrell Knight. With employees that also couldn’t care less of the problems their systems cause your business.With zero follow up from their regional corporate office. 10/10 doesn’t recommend

Terrible service, Had to make two different appointments in the same day and neither appointment was honored. They scheduled patrons in time slots that were already filled, I show up for each appointment given to me by the teller and I’m told I’ve been pushed back to come back later only to be pushed back again and told to come in the next day because someone was already seeing the banker at my appointment times, it’s not hard to communicate, on top of that I’m not allowed to draw out of my money out of my account for some reason then they give me the 12th degree in questioning about where it came from and what it’s for and why it’s there just to be told I’m not allowed to access it, then to come back tomorrow and we’ll figure it out hence my encounters with the tellers and banker today. To warp things up my issue is still not resolved and I deposited the checks in my account on Friday morning. I don’t recommend banking with this company on the grounds of bad communication and that’s unacceptable in the financial field.

Awesome service, really helped me out the whole staff. Lost my wallet and had to get a new id but needed cash. Thank you very very much you see this will go out of my way to go back to that branch.

The ATM there rarely works. You can't deposit or withdraw from it 90% of the time. Not happy when I have to drive miles just to have that happen.

Anytime I have called the bank the automated system answers and I can get my balance through that system , I called the bank before opening a worker answered?? I didn't need anyone , the worker was trying to discourage my call i suppose because they were not logged in , I didn't want to talk to anyone.
