The first thing we noticed was that basically all of the patio furniture is one wrong move away from falling apart completely. We felt like we had to sit still and during the time we were there a table next to us had the arm of her chair pop off. Our server was super sweet and knew her stuff. She did a great job. We got two drinks, both were good. The smoked mozz was good but it's just out of a very cheap freezer bag and dusted with dry rub in a way you could easily do at home. The spinach salad had a completely different set of toppings than was advertised so that was less than satisfactory. The brisket dip had the potential to be great, the meat had good flavor but the bread was chewy and hard to bite and the meat was luke warm at best. Chips were completely unseasoned. All in all it's definitely not a place we'll likely return any time soon.

This is easily one of my new favorite restaurants. The atmosphere was great. The music is loud enough to hear and enjoy but not too loud that you can't have a conversation. The waitress was attentive. The cocktails were delicious. And the number one reason I will return - the brisket is absolutely one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. I don't know how it could be any better. Awesome place! Can't wait to go back. Just sorry we live 5 hours away.

Came in early for brunch and was not crowded. Had trouble getting more drinks as there was only one server who had to take care of restaurant, bar area, and outside tables. Food took a long time, but was good and hot when we got it. Seemed understaffed for a Saturday afternoon with multiple events going on nearby

Most items on the menu are expensive for little value. BBQ sauces are extremely watered down and have little taste. Service was okay, for the hour and a half or so we were there only one refill was issued and we were waiting for a while for the check. Got there as soon as it opened so it wasn't super busy, but the table we were sat at seemed unclean, crumbs were visible. The food itself wasn't bad, but again, not much for the expense.

We came for the lunch on a Sunday at 1:00 the restaurant was not crowded(first time there). Three of us got the chili which was very meaty and had a good taste, just not real hot. Two people got ribs and a few of the bones were tender but the rest of it was dry. One person had smoked quarter chicken (tender in parts and dry in other parts). We had baked beans and macaroni and cheese it had a good taste but again not hot. The corn bread muffin and butter was good. Another person got the brunch and the bacon was not cooked all the way. It was a nice space but it was expensive ($74 for 2 cups of chili, 1 half rack ribs with baked beans/French fries; smoke quarter chicken with macaroni and cheese/cornbread, with iced tea and water).

The food was dry. They didn't have brisket or pulled chicken. Our server was new and very nice. She did a good job as a new server. Not sure where the manager was to help but felt she was left by herself.

Took my 6 yr old to the aquarium and walked around. Had a pleasant day. The levee needs to fill up the 2nd and 3rd floor with more attractions. Seems like the size of it needs to be utilized a lot better.

Was in town for a band competition and this place was recommended to us to go and explore and kill time before our flight in the evening back to Florida. Kids enjoyed the aquarium , stated it was very unique very educational. Restaurants were half open at the time, but we’re opening up as the day went on. Very pretty view of the city on the river with some unique landmarks such as the walking bridge that was the old railroad.Given its location and close proximity to both stadiums, I can only imagine this place must be rocking during sporting events. Definitely something I would like to come back and check out.

Even after nearly a decade, the Levee remains an excellent and relaxed gathering spot for friends, family, and romantic outings. With plenty of activities, cleanliness, and convenient accessibility, it's a standout destination. Ample parking, including EV charging, adds to its appeal, making it a top choice for all types of gatherings.

There wasn't much to do there. There were only a few shops...and I do mean a FEW. The river view was enjoyable.

Great grilled cheese sandwiches of all types. It is a one trick pony, but it is very good at that one trick.
