Been living here since the complex opened 2014. Best apt I’ve ever lived in. Very clean and quiet environment. That’s one of the things I like the best. They clean and fix anything very promptly. Even change our air filters! Rosie and Candido are the best! I love living here. Close to everything. I would def recommend living here.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND: For starters it's a loud/busy street with thin walls, so you hear everything that goes on outside the apartment. My breaking point was the construction that was never disclosed to me before re-signing my lease (right outside my apartment, directly across the street). The construction of a new parking garage/hotel literally shakes the entire building starting at 6:45am - 7:00am and is unbearably loud. The quality of living is NOT worth the price of this complex at all. I figured I would disclose this to the next residents that are thinking of moving in to this complex since the landlord/owner surely won't.

!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I live in a 2 bedroom that oversees Monmouth St. The apartments' have HORRIBLE sound insulation. At first, i was very annoyed with how loud it was outside. The coffee shop below us gets daily deliveries every morning anywhere from 5-6AM. The trucks are VERY loud and wake me every morning. There are also ambulances, fire trucks, and police cars that blare sirens past very often. On top of that, people driving by blaring music very loudly is also very noisy. Now, i know that aside from very cheaply built apartments that have no sound deterrent, this is not under their control and i lived with it because it was only during the morning. Then, our landlord claims to have not known about the construction starting RIGHT ACCROSS MY APARTMENT. They lost their overflow parking spots that they rented from tri-state parking in the lot that the hotel is being built on. I find it hard to believe they didn't know. Rosie was persistent in getting me to re-sign my lease and they did not disclose the construction. When asked for any kind of assistance in price or break in the lease Rosie was very rude. Her responses were unsympathetic and reeked of a "too bad you're screwed, just deal with it sucker" vibe. I now have to deal with all the above sound, on top of 10+ hours of construction that rattles my doors, windows, and entire apartment. Landlord and building owner could care less, yet they claim to "care about their tenants". Good joke.

Great living and facilities at Monmouth Row. Rosie is amazing to work with and always willing to assist. The complex is within walking distance to many Newport attractions and the restaurant attached to it is really good. Loved Monmouth and will always be our first choice if ever an apartment will be needed in Newport.

Love living at Monmouth Row. The location is excellent, one has access to great activities and views at a walking distance. The building itself is very well maintained and build. I do not hear any of my neighbors. I have not had any issues either. Staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond.Everyone who lives here are always friendly which just adds to the whole atmosphere of what it is to live in Monmouth Row.

Wonderful place to live. The units are spacious with lots of natural light. The complex has ample parking and is in a perfect location. The property staff are so nice and helpful! So glad I found this place.

We loved living in Monmouth Row! The property manager, Rosie, was extremely attentive, professional, and always followed up. We had few maintenance issues over the two years we lived there, but when we did, they were fixed quickly and efficiently. Whenever we had any questions Rosie was quick to help. Glenn and Randy with maintenance were the best we’ve ever had! We always felt safe and cared for at Monmouth Row! Just a short walk to Newport on the Levee and we loved walking to reds games! Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere close to downtown!

Lived here for the past 3 and a half years. If we weren't relocating to another state we'd renew. Great location a block away from so much to do on the levee, and only a 30 minute walk from downtown. With the South Bank shuttle only $1 you can get to downtown in less time. The apartment layouts are very open with a house sized kitchen, plenty of space for me, my partner, and our two pets. The property manager Rosie is the best we've ever worked with. Very attentive, quick to respond, and always follows up. Any issues we'd have were followed up and fixed promptly (usually the same day). Property is clean, safe, and just excellent. I've never left a review for any apartments I've lived in until now, only because this was such a great experience.

Monmouth Row is a great place to live. The apartment is really spacious for me & my puppy. Also, the property manager is probably one of the best managers that I ever encountered. She’s always available to help and provide any assistance when you are away on business.

Monmouth Row is a great place to live! The management and maintenance ensure the community is clean and well maintained. They are very responsive and plan fun, community-building events and activities year round. Monmouth Row is in a perfect location. Very close to Downtown and Uptown with quick access to all the major highways. Walkable neighborhood with friendly people. Grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment are plentiful. You will love Monmouth Row and Newport!

Monmouth row is an awesome place to live! Rosie is very attentive to your needs and to any question or problem you have (we’ve run into very few). Maintenance is very responsive and fixes things in a very timely manner. The walls are very sound proof, the person next to you could be playing music loudly or having a party and you don’t hear a peep in the apartment (you can hear it from the halls though). We have been here for 2 years and have truly had a great experience!

Monmouth row apartments in Newport is one of the great community and apartments I ever lived. I loved living here as the property manager (Rosie) is super accommodative and understanding. She always addressed my concerns and got them addressed on the same day. The maintenance manager (Steve) is just amazing in fixing the issues.Management is very responsive, awesome, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to my friends who are looking for something close to downtown. Unfortunately, I need to move out due to unavailability of a 2 bedroom apartment.Rosie is the best!
