Publix can't get here soon enough. Stood in line today as some old cashier chit chatted with another old lady in line while the rest of us had to stand there and listen. And if course she went as slow as possible. The last time I was there, the cashier whipped out her cellphone and started to look at it while checking out my order. This place has become a complete joke.

Normally I don’t do these but I had to after this. Actually look at the writing on this cake ! I ordered the MOST SIMPLEST cake because I planned on adding my decorations I ordered at home I just needed the colors of the theme. & this is what my daughters cake looked like it was sooooo embarrassing if I’d a known it would look like this I would of wrote on it myself ! I do not recommend getting a cake from this bakery & if you do, do your own writing !

Do not use the bakery in Newport, KY for special order cakes! The cake was delicious, but they under estimated the size needed for a party of 30. They don't finish the cake until the day of. The cake looked like a 5 year old decorated it! We were embarrassed.

We did clicklist this time and we had a boy that was so scared named Thomas. Couldn't believe he was that nervous talking to us. I think he needs a little more training before being put out there. Just my opinion.

Horrible experience with the bakery department. Placed an order a week and a half in advance for a birthday cake for my fiance. She was extremely excited about this cake and I called today to see if it was ready as I had received absolutely no updates about it, and when I called the woman said it was ready for pickup. I sent a friend of mine to pick up the order and they told them that they had no idea what we were talking about and they did not have it even in the system. I have the confirmation, the receipt, the text update and everything and they weren’t willing to do anything to fix the issue. The party is in 4 hours and we now have no cake. Thanks Kroger.

Only issue is the inability to step up and have lanes covered for a quick exit for the customer. Lines are horrible at peak hours.

I really wish they would send someone that would show the covington store how to be a better store. They are always 5 to 10 minutes late some even longer I waited up to 25 mins aaand and gave up. Every morning its the same their excuse is the manager not in yet to get tills ready. They need to go in early 30 mins infant have everything ready expire food is an issue mold on fruit

RUDE BAKERY LADY: spoke with a rude women who interrupted me when I simply called to see what options were available when my daughters birthday cake got destroyed. I called to see what they had available I wasn't gonna plan a trip out of my way if cakes were in short supply I wasn't gonna even ask for a personal one was just gonna ask if they had any plain white, pink or pink and white pre made options. My question was answered and im paraphrasingto we have cakes you have to come in and look I didn't even get to ask the f×××ing question just remained calm and thanked the Bxxxh for being so sweet
