“I recently called the Covington branch on Madison searching for $2 bills. The gentleman who took my call was friendly and courteous. I spoke to Chase when I got there and he remembered my earlier call and already had some bills ready. He also told me of some 50 cent coins he had, which I thought was considerate. I get the same treatment from everyone each time i go in there, albeit seldom with todays digital and online world. Nonetheless, it's good to know genuine and friendly service can still be found today.”
“TaQwanta was so nice and efficient. She took me in at the last minute and opened up a checking account for me in less than 10 minutes. (I already bank with PNC just wanted 2 checking accounts). This was after I was turned away by the branch on 415 ludlow avenue even though I made an appt two days prior with them for today at 4:15. There were 3 guys working there and only one customer, so I’m not sure why they turned me away. Not to mention that branch closes at 6, so they definitely weren’t pressed for time. I’m so grateful for TaQwanta; she let me voice my frustrations and seemed to really care! I 10/10 recommend her services!”

“I usually go through the drive thru or use the mobile app for my banking needs. However I had to go inside the bank this week twice for a cashiers check. I was greeted warmly by Michelle who directed me to Anna. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The only thing I was disappointed about is the service charge of $5 for each check, but she told me up front. Overall very happy long time customer. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else!”

“I needed assistance opening a business checking account. The banker I worked with could not help me at the time due to an upcoming scheduled appointment.I understood that, but was not given an appointment. I indicated I have open availability to schedule but rather than proceed to give me an appointment, my phone number was taken and I was told I would receive a call. I don't understand why an appointment could not be scheduled when I was there.I went home and created an appointment myself on the website.Most banks I have done business with are eager to help a customer create a new account. This experience made me feel as if PNC is ambivalent about my continued business with them.”
