I understand it's Holiday time.. everyone has a lot going on. Everywhere is busy.. that's the holidays ! I recently moved back to Southgate from Columbus, this salon had some much atmosphere from what I remember a year or two ago. The hair cut was not horrible, it's been better before...But now it felt like your typical " in and out " haircut place the connection was lost. Place has gone down hill unfortunately.

My husband went it for a hair cut and she butchered his neck. He had to remind her to do the neck and it shows she was upset. 100% would not recommend. This person shouldn't even be cutting hair.
