Had about four 40-gallon bags and two totes to donate. The gentleman moved quick and were very polite. We were there about two minutes.

I showed up right at 6:30. I walked up to them as they were locking the door and they didn’t take my donation of clothes? Why can’t they just set the bag inside for the next day? Isn’t this charity?

This goodwill used to be good. Slowly they’ve devolved into the worst one in the area. No hours posted, donation drop never open. It’s like they are trying to encourage you not to come

Never open when I go to donate. No hours posted. No cars in the parking lot. Everything is coned off so you can make a drop of.

The only thing that was bad about this. Was the fact that they don't take furniture anymore. But Saint Vincent De Paul does. So it is okay.

Just back from Alexandria goodwill, have donated there many times. Its awesome, pull in, they unload and out. The kid today had such an attitude. He jerked stuff with such force it crashed to the ground and he literally tossed in the crate. There were sets of dishes and decorating items you could hear breaking in the boxes and fallen. He was unbelievable! It's a cool pleasant day, I know it's hard work. I pulled the stuff out cupboards and closets, packed it, labeled the boxes and carried to my car and I'm a 61 yo woman with bad knees! So much for any money they could of made to help those in need. It's in God's hands now.

In and out. They made the donation process quick and easy. Place was a little dirty though but I suppose that could always the nature of the beast having trucks drive through and drop stuff most people just don't want anymore.
