Very friendly staff. They helped me research an item and search other GS. It is a little disappointing that GS doesn't allow you to order all of their items online but it is no fault of these locations. Very clean and organized store too!

Honestly kinda surprised how bad the service.was when I went in the guy acted like he didn’t even want to talk to me. when I was trying to trade something in and I’ve had this experience every time I go.

Newport, Ky LocationTried to enter store at 7:40pm and it was locked, but lights were on. I figured employee was in restroom or something. Ran thru restaurant drive thru next door and got food. Tried to enter store again at 7:58 pm and was told by the person working that they were closed. I pointed out that both the sign on the door and their website said they closed at 9pm. Person ignored me and wouldn’t unlock the doors. Will spend my money elsewhere since they obviously didn’t want it

The guy at the counter was extremely rude and just rolled his eyes at me when I came in trying to sell some games. I understand if none of the games were things they wanted but he didn't even look at me and rolled his eyes.

Stopped by at 4:00 on Sunday 10/15 and the gate was up and the doors are locked. I understand if staffing is the issue, but throw a note up to your customers to let them know the true hours.

I don't know who is running this place but, them just deciding to lock up any time they want and take breaks is unacceptable. Especially when advertised as open!

Got here at 3:40. Open sign lit up - gates closed - sit outside til 4:09 employee comes out locks the door behind them - oh I'm going on break I'll be back at 4:30. Going to the ft wright location where I may actually be able to get some service. Do better.
