If I could give this place 0 stars and leave a review I totally would. They're selling the same stuff in their store that I get on temu for $4 and $5 for $40 and $50. That's disturbing honestly! Very sad!

Got a sonder vape pen Wednesday. It didn’t work properly right out of the box. All juice leaked out and mouth piece falls off. No receipt given. Never again at this place.

I have been a ciggarette smoker for 35 years. I have decided to transition to vaping with the end goal of then quitting the vape; I had the absolute pleasure of having Chuck assist me today. He patiently listened to me go on about my fears of failure and also my fears of having my life cut short due to ciggarettes. He chose a vape based on my needs and helped me decide on a flavor. He showed me in great detail how to care and use the vape. But the most important thing he did was tell me we will get through this together. Not once have I had a dr say that to me, not once. Just a lecture and a medication that made me so nauseous I could barely function and then another lecture when I quit taking the prescription because of the nausea. Chuck gave me confidence and support and assured me I am not alone on this journey. What an experience, thank you Chuck!

Open before I had to be at work. Carries my favorite flavors (cactus jack fruit). Friendly and ready to find my flavor with a vague description. Vape has helped my family and friends escape tobacco.

My husband went here and was looking to get some info on the best vape for us. The store employee he spoke with was very informative and honest! I will definitely be going back with him next time. The product we were recommended and the e-liquid was perfect for what we needed. I am so happy with his purchase for us.

This is the best vapor shop in Kentucky or Ohio. The only Place I go to take care of all my vapor +delta8 needs. They have such a cool Staff that is super knowledgeable. Plus their selection and prices are the best around!

I’ve been to a few vape shops in the area and Elevated is one of the best. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If your new to vaping and have questions, ask, they won’t make you feel d**** The store itself is clean and comfortable to be in. Check them out!

The best vape shop! Open when other places are closed for holidays, they have slot machines, and incredible/friendly/helpful service. Oh and prices are cheaper than others too. ❤

Aside from being very friendly and helpful, the staff is well educated on product, which is something I really appreciate due to the adverse experiences I've had with the other shops in Newport. They waste no time in fulfilling customers' needs!
