Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.

I’m a general contractor and I had kicked my phone on accident in a storm drain. I didn’t have no codes or passwords to none of my stuff came in there in a panic. I literally lost all the jobs that I had already took deposits on in all my info and directions to all the jobs and peoples numbers so I was in complete panic when I walked in the door. And the girl Rachelle Working did great help me get a new phone and help get everything back on my phone and it wasn’t easy with no passwords or Apple ID. She never once got frustrated and she was very helpful which is nice when somebody like me is in panic mode. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks cricket for doing an amazing job.

I went to Cricket Wireless in Newport, Kentucky yesterday, so I could switch from Xfinity Mobile. Jessica was awesome in helping me. It took almost an hour between the 2 of us to have Xfinity to unlock my IPhone. (They were giving us the runaround).

Came to Cricket from Metro and it was the easiest purchase I have made when getting a new phone. Rachel helped me and I was able to keep my number and Get a new phone with case and liquid glass for the screen. Rachel knew everything im that I asked her and was confident in telling me about each phone to help me with my decision to make my purchase. Thank you and you have a loyal customer for a long time I hope.

Rachel was amazing! It was busy and nothing is ever an easy customer, her customer rapport was excellent. The line moved quickly I was able to switch over from Verizon kept my number, new phone,case,screen protector, and a smile is why I will stay a cricket customer! Thank you Rachel!!

Absolutely loved the experience I had while visiting this store. I have been on the hunt for a good service plan and they have several good priced plans Rachel was so helpful at explaining everything to me and she really made me feel like she wanted to help me out which is rare cause most those phone places are only out to get a commission

I had an AWESOME experience with Rachel switching from my horrible experience with Boost over to Cricket. She quickly and seamlessly switched of 4 new iPhones and even was super patient when I had to call back later in the evening with outside apple questions!
