Been coming here for the past 8 or so years, and I just recently purchased my third phone which was an iPhone 11. Omar was the one that sold it to us, and that process was simple though he was very deadpan with his responses but I didn't mind, I didn't come here to make a friend I came to buy a phone. Anyway, he told us to come back before the end of the next month to switch my phone's plan over to my other family member's so we weren't billed twice, sounds easy, right? Well, we came in yesterday and Omar happened to be there... just for him to tell us that we'd have to call customer service to change the plan. See, when we bought the phone he told us we could just come in, but when we did come in and he happened to be there, he said we'd have to call customer service. What sense does that make? Calling customer service for any company is always a pain, so I'm not looking forward to it.

Got diesel fuel in my phone and needed a replacement asap walked in and the sales associate was very nice and helped me right away got me lined out with a new phone with the help of my insurance on my account then helped me get my phone benefits fixed back to where I receive a deduction on my phone bill...just an all around great experience a 10/10 in my book..

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I am going to make a strong case and filing to the Kentucky State Attorney General's office that this franchisee -- if that is what it is -- is bilking/swindling customers when they buy a new phone and an accessory package in the allowed for 7 day return period. I bought 5 accessories each at $20. Used the home charger and car charger so in total return of the phone (i.e., no exchange), these items deemed not refundable. Alright, no problem. HOWEVER, THESE TWO ITEMS WERE RETURNED TO ME, THAT IS, THEY ARE IN MY POSSESSION. The screen protector and carrying case SAME THING -- NOT USED -- WERE KEPT BY THE STORE. FURTHERMORE, NO REFUND FOR THE SCREEN PROTECTOR AND CARRYING CASE. STORE CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS. COMMON SENSE: CUSTOMER PAYS FOR 2 ACCESSORIES STORE -- AND -- THE STORE GETS TO KEEP BOTH THE ACCESSORIES AND THE MONEY??? WRONG. REALLY WRONG. I CONSIDER THE ABOVE EFFECTIVE STEALING OF $40 FROM A LONG TIME CRICKET CUSTOMER. AS A VIETNAM VETERAN AND SENIOR (69 GOING ON 70) I CONSIDER THIS BUSINESS PRACTICE ILLEGAL, ONEROUS AND HIGHLY DECEITFUL. IN MY VIEW, AN EFFECTIVE FORM OF STEALING. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

My phone's screen went black today and was stuck on a restart! I went in not knowing if my phone was doomed or not! Kenny knew exactly what to do and fixed my phone in 1 minute! He's very sarcastic and humerus but knows what he is doing! Thanks Kenny!
