Has to be the worst store in the world they sold me a brand new phone than won't charge over 40% and put a screen protector on it that has bubbles all over it and can't do anything about that either and then tried to sell me a new phone and screen protector

They had a big sign about signing up for the government phone service (acp I think). Lady said she couldn't do an app because she changed her name. Went to 3 other local stores heard pretty much the same story from 3 other employees. So we went to cricket.

Bought a phone through the finance they have where you can make payments on it through your phone bill instead of outright buying the phone and the phone broke, stopped charging, in 6 months. I didn't have insurance so I'm still paying on the phone and had to buy a new phone and I can't switch because I owe on the other phone. I recommend not doing the finance program for a phone just outright buy it. And I will not ever buy another Boost phone after this.

I didn't really want to switch back to Boost but the woman working was great and help me with my lack of skills with technology. Ultimately when we were done in had amazing new phone, my pic of cases and a screen protector all around 100 bucks. Can't beat it!! And once again it's the employees that make the business great!!
