I came in for a new battery and installation, they didn’t have too many people working so the guy inside asked if I could talk to the guy walking around outside assisting people. I saw him helping someone so I waited by my car, the man inside, Cruiz, came out and told me he could help me and would get me all situated. He tested my battery to make sure that’s what my problem was then helped cash me out and installed my new battery out in the blazing heat. He was very kind and attentive and I’m very thankful he was here to help me today!

Neil helped me today. He was very knowledgeable and super patient. I told Neil that I was mechanically challenged and he helped me change out the headlights. He gave me advice as to how to clean off the covers to the head lights and showed me how to use the product. It was like stepping back in time when people used to care. Thank you.

This could be my first or maybe my second review ever. This place is so slow it’s insane, it’s not because they are under staffed, these guys are intentionally trying to get as little done as possible. I’m up at the store to grab some AC recharge and I wait in line for 30 min, mind you I’m only 3 rd from the front this entire time. One guy at the counter is helping a customer but more so having a conversation about last weeks game. One guy is in the back but comes up front just to look at the line and go back. Another guy is outside helping an old lady put on her
windshield wipers, 2 other employees are sitting there watching him, it must be a lot harder than it looks I thought. So I just set down all my stuff and walked right out, went to O’ Reillys and got my stuff in minutes. 10 more minutes elapsed and I’m on the way back home, I pass Autozone and see these same 3 guys still on the wipers. O’ Reillys has always been reliable I just hit autozone because it was closer. I won’t do that again and I recommend you don’t waste your time with this Autozone at least.

Carrie provided the best customer service I've ever had at an auto parts store. She not only found the parts we came in for but overheard our conversation about a different problem and resolved it with a solution no one else had found. And she saved us money which was key. She's the bomb!

Stopped in to get wipers and some touch up paint for my rims on the Range Rover. Duffey was my sales clerk and he was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely helpful and had a great personality. He even helped me install the wipers on the vehicle. It's always nice when you get great service and Duffey is an exemplary employee.

I have found the people who work at this AutoZone to be so helpful. Every time I go there is someone who is willing to help me find a solution to another challenge with my car. Carrie specifically has helped me multiple times. Just today after reeling from another high priced repair at a nearby dealership, I had an issue with a headlight. My reasonably priced repair shop told me it would be $1300 to have it replaced. Instead Carrie came to my rescue again and put in a new bulb and HURRAH it worked. AutoZone is the first place to go to when there's a problem with my car. I recommend them to everyone.

Neal is a god send. Helped me soruce a battery for my girlfriends Chevy spark and helped me with my Civics AC. Best experience I've had at an autozone ever. Will always come back.

Would probably leave a better rating if the mastermind who replaced the battery in a relative's car while we were there didn't do it so wrong that the vehicle shut down in the middle of driving home. Just glad it happened at a red light and we figured out the problem ourselves. Please don't let employees do maintenance they don't actually know how to do.

Called first and was indefinitely placed on hold. Drove there and they were terribly understaffed. Operating one register with a line to the back of the store. I understand operational issues like this which is why it's 3 stars instead of 1.
